Bay Area Panthers media here! This is my second year being part of this team and league, let me just say the IFL is amazing! It’s one of a kind and the fans are what make this league fun. This video was done very well - thank you for this!! Continuing to grow the IFL!!
Excellent video I've been an arena fan since the days of the original AFL and have been watching the IFL for the past 4 years trying to spread the word.... I'm gonna share this video now to introduce people to this wonderful league
Awesome video along with an amazing overview of the league. The points you brought up were definitely why I became a fan last year, now this will be my first season as a season ticket holders for the Sugar Skulls, and overall it’s a blast to interact with the players whether they be on the field, or texting them!! Can’t wait for the season, I’ll be at every Sugar Skulls game home and away in my Bonesona of Red horns and White Hair. Go Skulls, and again, amazing video!!
Out of all of the arena football leagues currently operating, the Indoor Football League has the most stable business model run by people who actually know what they're doing. Proud Massachusetts Pirates fan right here!
Season ticket holder and superfan for the Oilers right here! My old account got deleted so I had to comment again. Thank you for bringing attention to this great league and the great game of Indoor Football. 🖤💛
The IFL would be more successful if there was just one definitive league for indoor football. Arena football in general should take an example from the Spring League's and merge to become bigger, better, faster, and stronger. Then, arena/indoor football will be put on the map and have a seat at its rightful, glorious place in the sports world!
Something else that helps the IFL,,they still have the upper limit on how much a player makes per game, when the AFL, in both incarnations decided to go the more traditional X amount of money over the contracts length, they started running into alot of financial problems.
The biggest thing lacking in the IFL are the nets. I know the nets are patented and licensed but what is to stop the IFL from hanging inflatable barriers for the similar effect. It would squeeze the fans into the middlefield seats and bring another exciting aspect into the game. This was the best video ever made in promotion of the IFL and indoor football in general. Great job!
Thank you very much. I so agree about the nets. I could be wrong, but I believe the patent has expired and the IFL could adopt if they chose to. It's a good idea to add them. I'm with ya!
Gunslinger fans are excited to begin a new chapter in a great league! The NAL was pretty sketchy at times. We didn’t know if last season would actually finish which Im sure messes with players heads.
I help work broadcast for the rattlers and run the sugar skulls broadcast, I've done plenty of other football games but IFL is 100% my favorite to broadcast. It's super entertaining
I will definitely be looking out for the IFL in 2025....thanks for filling us in about this league's history and current status. It looks exciting and more importantly, solvent. There seems to be realistic expectations based upon the teams and different sized arenas they play in. Also, great coaching.....😊😀😁

I wish I could I have an Indoor Football team in the state of Michigan cos I had 3 Indoor Football The Detroit Drive, The Detroit Fury, and The Grand Rapids Rampage😢
My family and I went to a Chicago Slaughter game back in like 2010 and it was a lot of fun and we still quote the joke they had about flags being on the field.
@zoproductions8378 every time the refs through a flag the announcer would go "There's a flag" The whole crowd would "where" and he would go "on the field" and then the whole crowd would thank him
Thank you very much! Please share it with people you think might be interested in the sport. We want more people to become aware of this entertainment.
I only know about the IFL because i live in AZ and the Rattlers have been one of the most dominant championship teams for the last 15 or so years (in the AFL)
You got room for one more team⁉️😆 I would love to see a rebirth of my hometown Grand Rapids Rampage. We folded a few years ago, but GR has a basketball team now, so you would think we could support indoor football again?
NAZ WRANGLERS! Big time entertainment in a small community A lot more people showing up for the games here than some other franchises. Forward this video, and let's fill more IFL seats.
Hey Vegas Knight Hawks lifetime season ticket member here, I feel like you didnt do us justice with on a only around a minute and thirty seconds. Please do a separate video talking about the Knight Hawks and how good they are please and thank you!
Fair. But given they're a new team, there wasn't much history that could be told. They're an awesome freaking team, and the game atmosphere is next to none! Being as busy as I am, I can't just make a team video without something to justify that time.
I really wish that indoor/arena leagues were more regional, like minor league baseball. I get the draw for owners and fans to say "National Champs" over, say, Northeast, or Southeast, or Midwest, or Great Plains, or Western Champs. But at the same time the IFL's Mass Pirates and Jax Sharks and NAL's CAR Cobras and ID Horsemen have to have a much higher travel cost than others that can be a damper for players and owners. I can't help but think that was a reason for some of the AFL's money woes. To add on, I can't help but think that if there were 4-6 regional leagues with 6-10 teams, there would be more opportunities for players and coaches and survivability/stability for teams. I hope both the IFL and AFL v3 can survive and thrive. I also know that different leagues have different standards, which leads to different turnover rates and products on the field. Either way, this was a great video. Hopefully, the indoor game can catch on everywhere like it has in some of the areas of the great plains, and maybe even become an entry point for NFL scounting (I'd love a world where NFL teams have an indoor affiliate, then Spring League affiliate, and then the scount team.)
What sticks out to me about the league's history, especially recent history, and growth is not who they asked to join but what they asked to join. Champions. Now the timing makes it an amazing coincidence, or does it? Duke City wins championship, joins league. Mass Pirates wins championship, joins the league. Jacksonville wins championship, joins league.
@@zoproductions8378No. That adds creditability and stability. The parity comes from, in my opinion, the rule of....help me out...I'm going to botch this.....can NOT have more than 7 players with.....going to cheat.....X amount of seasons played. And then all the coaches and owners drink that kool-aid up and try to spin it as that's our version of the salary cap.
