Wishing UA-cam had a feature of being able to comment with a photo but Weld S71's are a phenominal wheel choice! I have some S71's reps on my dark teal 91 RS, 18x10 and 18x8 wrapped with some Continental Extreme Contact DWS06's with 295/35/R18's in the rear and 245/35/R18's in the front. a 10in wheel would need like 5.75in-6in backspacing
But it can vary from car to car.
      I know a 17x9.5 or 18x9.5 with 5.5 or 5.25in backspacing fits like 99% of 3rdgens.

ulysses ur 100% race, a 18x11 is gonna be a bad time for a street driven car.
Remember, tire compound > tire width.
run say a Yokohama 275/35r18 A052 tire on a 18x9.5 and you'll have Plenty of grip.
as far as ordering, these are all Custom orders. so you won't find any off the shelf wheels in that size.

stock 3rd gen ride height was very tall, about 28in ground to the top of the fender wells.
my car is about 25.5in front 26in rear
my car isn't super low, and there's good reason for it.

      6.5in rear
(i used 6.6in BS on all 4 and use a spacer to rotate tires)

      @@3rdGenGuyI'm sorry they're actually 18x10, not 10.5
yeah it's just the wheels I like in the chevy bolt pattern are only 18x10, 5, or 12 (forgestar D5. Looks similar to weld but less expensive)
The 18x10 offsets are 25, which should put the backspacing right at 6.5.
