I had to Google it because I'd never heard this before. Apparently her grandfather was Sicilian and they changed their name from Giacoppo to Jacobs. Her father was Italian and her mother was Scottish and English.
I think the interviewer got snubbed by Jill Biden. First Jill didnt iniated the cheek kissing gesture, the interviewer did and it appears that she wanted to also do the other side but Jill stopped, what a wicked lady--she was implying "we're not that close, no need double pecking" 😂😂
