I mean she wasn’t underweight back then but I’m really happy that she is in a better mental and physical state now :) she did talk about having hormone imbalances back then though.
Mentally, yes. But for her physical health, it's really unhealthy to be eating like that. Just as it is unhealthy to under eat, it's really unhealthy to over eat unhealthy foods. The amount of sugar and fat and the lack of fibre and vitamins is very concerning, and overeating is an eating disorder as well.
@@Helen-me1vn on her cheat days, yes bit when you follow her all in journey, she it's really healthy and just gained weighed because she ate until she was full to fix her extreme hunger
@@MrsLPAmy But having extreme cheat days is unhealthy as well. It's just as disordered as the people doing "fasting days" or "juice only detox days". Neither are healthy diets regardless of what your body looks like.

I love that Jeff is not judgy at all about her eating. I have a large appetite like her and can eat ends on ends of food and every guy I’ve met is critical of it. I’ve had waiters comment on it, my dad, friends. It makes me feel so bad

I think she looks so much better now. She's way happier, still hits the gym hard, but she's slim thick and gets to eat the way she wants to now.

Animaniac she burns that amount of calories but she doesn’t eat that much. from what i’ve seen, she usually eats from 1300-2100 calories a day so she can eat a huge amount of calories during her cheat days. she does have a healthy relationship with food and her body, and that’s so admirable

Exactly! And some how I’m 260 pounds! I have lost 22 pounds so I’m proud of myself but if I ate just what she had for breakfast I would gain all of it back! 🤪😂

A Murray usually red food coloring is the artificial stuff because it’s cheaper. Carmine red is made from beetles and it’s less commonly used.

Hey Erik I'm a huge fan of your channel and I really love your openness with your eating disorder story. This is probably an out of line question, but i'm just genuinely concerned. Do you think Stephanie is looking a bit too lean in this video? In a past video where she weighed 117 pounds she said she looked really lean and this was on the low side of her weight, but she has lost 5 pounds since then.
Please don’t stop doing the follow ups that’s really what makes your cheat days different than others; showing the after affects is what I’m most interested in!
I'm currently dieting ( and have been off and on and I am sooo close to my goal weight and I will be healthy for the 1st time in my life) and somehow watching these are helping me not cheat..... messed up IK but helpful none the less thank you!
