Buying apartment now in kollur is a foolish idea, i see lot of land bank with agricultural is active.

My cousin had similar impression of Nanakramguda and Kokapet 15 years ago . He initially did not want to go to nanakramguda citing the huge land bank availability then . But after insistence he brought a 3 bedroom apartment for 42 lakhs . He recently sold his apartment for more than 5 crores . Its foolish to talk but not act . Let time decide the fate of Kollur . I am not for or against Kollur.
