    What ever it is, an end user need not worry. In long run, an end user looses nothing much. Only investors who want to exit by selling at huge profits are at risk.

    There was literally no proper CM between YSR death in 2009 to KCR in 2014 and everyone said Hyderabad's downturn is started.. but nothing like that happened. In fact majority of Financial District, Gachibowli and Manikonda areas had seen sharp prices increase during that time itself.
    Yes political will is required in getting steep growth, but for natural trajectory to continue, even a headless govt. is enough if GHMC, HMDA, and other civic bodies do their job responsibly.

      In a natural trajectory, the growth rate will be more or less equal to the inflation rate...if this is the case, then real estate will not be a good asset from investment pov.

    5k-8k per sft in tellapur,rr7,osman nagar and kollur won't see down trend. Already neopolis is at 12-13k from tier-1 builders

    This is not a good time for investment purposes.
    It is better to wait at least 1 - 2 years and see the developments in AP, make decisions.
    Nothing is going to happen to hyderabad real estate, and the market will be stagnant for coming 1 - 2 years.

      Tell me what is there in Kollur. It will take 5 years atleast for livability. Tellapur is best . And better spend little more and instead of Kollur and Mokila purchase in Tellapur. And who planned to purchase in 2-3 years they should be happy that price is not going to shoot up like it did in last 4 years after covid.
