It will be even better if you can get inside the projects like ira aspirations and show us the work progress. If you also can find the reason in delay of handover of ira aspirations . Last year customers were told during sale time that the handover will happen in august 2023 and then Nov 2023 . There were huge display boards in kollur and tellapur talking about handover of ira aspirations in December 2023 , however these boards are taken off and now they say that the project will be handed over by june 2024 without landscaping and without club house . Very un professional. Ira reality seems good in their quality of construction, however guys who ever is planning to buy the flat get a confirmation in writing about the exact date /month of delivery including club house and landscaping.

Kollur is too far. Unfortunately Have to spend half of the life on the roads travelling

From where. Financial district is 20 mins. Nallangandala 20 mins. Neopolis 10-15 mins

People used to think manikonda is too far
But now thought changed
After 15 years kollur will be trending more than kokapet

Inorbit mall (where majority of IT companies are there) to Kollur via ORR 33mins even in peak traffic at around 9:30AM and 7PM in the evening. Also Inorbit mall to KPHB is 45 to 50mins, Inorbit to Puppalguda is 30mins to 50mins in turtle speed traffic. It is in a sweet spot if we have a car and ready to travel via ORR.
And even if we think after 5 to 10 years, the infrastructure is being developed keeping in mind about the future traffic: ORR-> 10 lane road, both sides 4 lane service roads and also almost every gated community is connected to at least 100 feet road.

I have checked the time taken yo travel from ira aspiration to wipro circle via bike along service road. It took around 26 min, and I rode the bike with a moderate speed of 40 to 60.
