- Chinese President Xi Jinping, also General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, visited Sanhe Village in southwest China's Sichuan Province on Sunday morning. Xi discussed measures of targeted poverty alleviation with the locals. Xi also said he always has the Yi minority group on his mind and he has always been thinking about visiting the areas around Daliang and Xiaoliang Mountains.
