In Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, there are more than 2,000 impoverished villages that resemble cliff villages. The government has spent three to four years building more than 1,400 resettlement communities, helping more than 2,000 impoverished villages with a total of 350,000 villagers.
For the previous generation who were afraid of changing the status quo, they also sent experts to lobby and explain to them again and again, before finally getting the support of most people.

Will Janice visit Xinjiang and interview cotton workers, farmers, or Uyghur s there. Did she visit Tibet..I saw she had a hard time of "Mountain Sickness" 高山症 due to high altitudes in Tibet.
