I’d be really interested in seeing the different packaging designs. Comparing the Japanese with the American packages. Also, a side by side taste test of both Jalapeño flavors! Thank you for the honest reviews Satoshi and Shinichi!
A fun fact about the wavy chips is that the design was originally introduced in "Ruffles" brand chips because the ridges add strength to the chip so when you dip it, it won't break as easily as regular chips.
Thank you, Lee, for sending so many amazing flavors of Pringles! This is so interesting. Even though I live in the USA, I have not seen most of these types of Pringles. I think just the Jalapeño flavor. We also do not have the wavy type, or at least I have not seen them yet. Shinichi and Satoshi, it was fun to see you try them all! They looked like they were pretty tasty. Sending best wishes to Satoshi and Justin...I hope you are keeping each other company, and I hope Shinichi is having fun in Singapore!
You guys are so cute! I stumbled upon your videos while studying Japanese one day. These are maybe not very educational per say... but they’re really fun to watch! You guys have great chemistry! いただきます!
I have a subscription to Japan crate and they sent out for the month of May a little canister of jalapeno onion Pringles from Japan. You guys are right the jalapeno flavor is very subtle and it was quite delicious
I really love watching you guys! This one is simple but I enjoyed it because you seem to really enjoy what you’re doing. I can tell you were having fun and that makes a big difference! 😊
I really enjoyed this video~! I guess I wasn't expecting much from a chips review, but this was so fun to watch and listen to. You two have such a nice, genuine way of describing things!
I'm a new subscriber to your channel guys. I've been binge watching your videos since midnight and now it's 5 am here now! I love you guys' vibe and attitude and your honest and in depth descriptions and reviews. Keep up the nice work and content fellas. Cheers from here in New England USA 👏✌
Heya! Just to let you know, the deal with wavy chips is actually kinda cool. The waves are made to strengthen the chip, so that they're better for dips. Other than that, they're the same chip
I’ve always been more partial to the Dill Pickle flavored Lays than the Pringles kind. Lays nailed that flavor really well. The Cheddar flavor and Salt & Vinegar flavor for Pringles, though? Those are 🔥.
First, I just have to say, the Screamin dill pickle is my favorite. Those are the ones I always seem to crave. Second, I've been sick the past 2 days and I've binge watched your videos, especially the daiso gadgets ones. Thank you for helping me get through feeling terrible! You all are amazing!!!
Once again, amazing video, I love Pringles, but haven't tried the wavy ones yet. I too love chili and lime combo. Thanks Shinichi and Satoshi for this taste test, it was fun as always. Bye for now.
Korean Barbecue just got released in Australia. I've never had Korean BBQ, but the Pringles are delicious. Some chips are better crinkle cut (wavy) vs not. Sour cream & onion flavour are amazing. Delicious.
I've just watched a couple of your videos, great channel BTW and best of luck. What I think is really needed is to be able to buy fully authentic foods from a multitude of countries to really appreciate each country's pallets. We're becoming a Global Society and what better way is there than food! 😎👍👍
Chilli and lime is one of my favourite flavour combinations! The apple and smoked cheddar sounds intriguing - I grew up eating chip and apple sandwiches.
Pringles trick: stack two different flavors atop each other and eat! Get both flavors at once!! Try cheese and sour cream, jalapeno and bbq, ect. 😀 Enjoy!!
That's what they want you to think. The wavy chips actually use up significantly less material, making their profit margins much larger. I saw them at the store yesterday, and the original shape in the same size and price can has about 20% more chips by weight.
Awesome episode! Oh and now i want some pringles too! Would love to try those fire roasted jalapeno or chili and lime ones. We don't have those here in Finland. Well not those others either.😄
Hey guys new Sub here, ran across your vids on American ramen noodles and I was eating a hot and spicy with shrimp while doin it, so I figured it must be fate that I sub and watch you stuff. Everthing I have seen so far I love, you guys are great, wish I was able to send you guys some stuff from Wisconsin USA but it would be too perishable, wouldn't want you guys to get a spoiled version of it. But keep it up, im still catching up on al your ramen videos as I enjoy it several times a week myself. Happy Eating
Wavy Pringles came out a few months ago here in the US. They look intriguing, but I'm a Pringles purist... it'll be a cold day in hell before I eat a wavy Pringle... That's what Ruffles are for!
The purple chile lemon one is mostly to pander to the Mexican-American community in US. Most Mexican flavors are salty, sweet, spicy and/or sour all at once.
P.S: my order... 1. Sour Cream and Onion 2. Jalapeno (would be number one if they didn't give me stomach aches) 3. Pizza (after a while it starts to taste more like tomato sauce/soup) 4. Chile and Lime (really good but if you breath wrong or get the dust in your nose it ruins the snack) I still love all of them though...
Pringles are definitely a "pop and don't stop till you hit dust" kind of snack. Dill Pickle is my #1 fave, my #2 is Salt and Vinegar, and my #3 is the lightly salted.
I have yet to see the wavy Pringle’s in my local store. I think they my be more sturdy for dips. As for flavors, I usually just prefer the plain chips of any kind so I can make up my own dip creations if I want flavors. Thanks for the review, I haven’t seen most of these flavors. I found your channel while searching for how to cook takoyaki and have enjoyed watching past episodes.
We get the Sour Cream and Onion flavour Pringles here in the UK too and they're my favourite. Though I have to admit that the Prawn Cocktail flavour comes a close second. Nice in a sandwich too (soft white bread, plenty of best butter).
I remember in the UK, a few years back, we had Pringles extreme. They were amazing. There was a spicy barbecue, wasabi and my personal favourite Chile and cheese. Sadly they gone now, I miss them.
I'd like to see a review of your favorite/most common Kit-Kat flavors. When I was there, I tried pretty much every flavor I could find. Was actually pretty surprised by the wide variety of them available. Plus, if you show some that are great that I missed.. I'd like to order if possible.
I have yet to try those flavors in the states, so wondering if this is test market stuff. Just got my Japanese Snack pack from Amazon and doing an album on FB. Got past all the straight cheese curl ones and just finding the dried fish ones, and can't wait! Also found my official sticker and then apparently the confections. Wonder which one of them will be fish flavored.
im not sure if i told you shinichi but we had a mass shooting here in Virginia Beach at a courthouse building. first one here . it was in the public works building by a 15 year worker there. my friend and i were checking the weather and the news channel didn't have a delay on. it is soo freaking weird
I love the title...Japanese Guys...you guys are so cute. I love you guys and a late happy birthday Satochi, I think it was last Friday. I hope it was magical. I have to catch up on all the recent videos. Have a happy day. Kisses
Really only 3 here in the U.S.A. I honestly can't even keep track of how many flavors and varieties there are. There are even corn tortilla pringles that are surprisingly tasty.
Satoshi, you pronounced Jalapeño properly as a proper Spanish speaker. And since Jalapeño is a staple in Latin cousine you shouldn't have been corrected. Go Satoshi.
Ehhh he gets corrected when he says mango too. I think it's fine the way he says it, although it's not the standard English ver. I think half of the world says mango the way he does, Italy included. It's a bit like tomato, you know.
Pringle's are not big in Oz, it is fascinating how they are processed, more of a snack than chip. Have you guys ever eaten chip or twistie rolls with butter? Thanks for your always endearing approach to food sampling
I don't suppose the figurine shops in Akihabara have a website you can order from, eh? I don't know if it was your video or someone else's but I saw some really nice figures I'd like to get to collect.
The consistent saddle shape is mathematically known as a hyperbolic paraboloid. Their designers reportedly used supercomputers to ensure that the chips' aerodynamics would keep them in place during packaging lol
These guys are great! I love their honest--but very polite--impressions. Very understated, which I find refreshing.
You guys should do one with different Japanese Pringles flavors! Yum!
Great video thanks guys! =D
Thumb this up so they can see! :]
Imma boutta go buy every flavor now and do a Pringle taste test 😂
I’d be really interested in seeing the different packaging designs. Comparing the Japanese with the American packages. Also, a side by side taste test of both Jalapeño flavors! Thank you for the honest reviews Satoshi and Shinichi!
Oh wow! Thanks for the like!!
I've been watching your videos for 5 hours. I'm addicted. I love you guys. You two are the sweetest, most adorable dudes and I love your videos.
Aww thank you!
This video put such a big smile on my face! This whole channel is amazing you both are such great wholesome people!

I just recently tried the wavy smoked Cheddar. It's very cheesy. I like that.
I just found your channel! I love your videos. I enjoyed watching you guys eat them!
I really enjoyed this video~!

The Cheddar flavor and Salt & Vinegar flavor for Pringles, though? Those are 🔥.
I love you guys. I just got a recommendation to you channel and I can't stop watching
Salt and vinegar Pringle’s are my favorite I wish you would of had those to try also.
Herr's Salt and vinegar in my favorite.
Send em 🤤😭
im watching this and eating some hawaiian sweet maui onion chips right now. extra hot chili lime are some of my favorite pringles.

Pringles trick: stack two different flavors atop each other and eat! Get both flavors at once!! Try cheese and sour cream, jalapeno and bbq, ect. 😀 Enjoy!!
the wavy type is a new shape to better handle use with chip dips where as the original would break when scooping up your dip.
That's what they want you to think. The wavy chips actually use up significantly less material, making their profit margins much larger. I saw them at the store yesterday, and the original shape in the same size and price can has about 20% more chips by weight.

Glad to have you here!
They used to have a mustard flavor. So gooood!
Amazing video all this food is always making me hungry good overload
Don't throw the lids away you can use them as glass costers
Japan probably has Godzilla-shaped coasters that glow in the dark.
I had some sheet cork leftover from a project, so I cut some rounds and put them in the Pringle’s lids to help catch the condensation from my glass.
Wavy Pringles came out a few months ago here in the US. They look intriguing, but I'm a Pringles purist... it'll be a cold day in hell before I eat a wavy Pringle... That's what Ruffles are for!
strangulator42 As your northern neighbor, I whole heartedly agree with this statement. Nice try Pringle’s...
oh u like pringles? thats just compressed particle board in potato flake form....
but to each their own
Wavy pringles suck. I'm still waiting for the thin crispy pringles they have in the east.
strangulator42 just try it man what’s there to lose
haha
Regular sour cream & onion in the US is the best! I must try those flavors you presented and thanks for such a great video!!
Amanda Rojas it’s the same here in Canada. Sour cream & onion reigns supreme
The blue Japanese jalapeño Pringle is jalapeño and onion, got it in my may JapanCrate, they are pretty good
Im Torai JapanCrate??

We get the Sour Cream and Onion flavour Pringles here in the UK too and they're my favourite. Though I have to admit that the Prawn Cocktail flavour comes a close second. Nice in a sandwich too (soft white bread, plenty of best butter).
I'd love to try prawn cocktail Pringles. I've only see shrimp chips at Asian supermarkets and snackshops.
Just found this channel, amazing stuff
I really liked bacon jalapeno Pringles. I think they were exclusive to Walgreens though and didn't stick around too long.
Walgreens often carries a better selection of Pringles, as well as other snacks and candies, than many other stores.
I remember in the UK, a few years back, we had Pringles extreme. They were amazing. There was a spicy barbecue, wasabi and my personal favourite Chile and cheese. Sadly they gone now, I miss them.
The Prawn Cocktail ones are still my favourite.
Yum! Love Pringles! I don't eat it often because it's just too addicting for me. I'll eat the entire thing in one sitting.

I have to try the dill pickle & fire roasted jalapeño. My favorite is the honey mustard. Another great video!!
My favorite Pringles were the Bloomin Onion flavor ones, but I haven't seen them in a while.
Me neither. My favorite too!
Usually Wavy Chips are made for dipping in a sauce because they are a little harder to break.

It's 8 in the morning and I want Pringles 😄😅. This is like the Pavlov's Dog effect, but with the sound of munching instead of a metronome or bell.
Wow, those flavors sound amazing!
I think Wavy chips have better strength for dipping. Its like a machinist endmill with teeth for ruffing. Enjoy my friends.
Lol I lived on Sour Cream and Onion Pringles when I was studying
I have not have these flabours of Pringles as well and no wavy version as well. Prefer Salt and Vinegar, like kettle chips better though :)
Pizza and Honey Mustard are my favorite ones in America!
So glad you guys enjoyed them!! Please let me know if there are any other items you would like to try :)
Thanks Lee. Enjoyed very much.
You guys are hilarious. Love your videos. I need Satoshi's voice on my GPS
I'm from California and I the sour cream and jalapeno.. thank u for trying out the USA
I like the chili and lime. I never tasted the others because I always buy the purple package.
Make a video of you guys trying takis chips in your cup noodles, it’s so bomb
This one. So hood. So good.
The consistent saddle shape is mathematically known as a hyperbolic paraboloid. Their designers reportedly used supercomputers to ensure that the chips' aerodynamics would keep them in place during packaging lol
Nice. Love pringles. I've got a bag of thai coco flavored coconut chips. This bag is sour cream and onion. Tasty. Give em a shot.
You should try Lays Stax. I love the Salt and Vinegar.
They all taste amazing.. What different kind Do you guys have?
Applewood Smoked Cheddar is my favorite Wavy Pringles flavor.
Did you know The U.K. sells Katsu flavour Pringles? It’s sweet with a little curry heat.
Dill pickle flavor is my favorite here in the USA
If some chip is too much spicy, try dipping it with cream cheese
or dip it in sour cream.
I really miss the blooming onion flavor they used to make. It's supposed to be like the fried onion blossom appetizer at restaurants.
Lays marketing hit with the Kirby Effect.
