I got autism so I struggle very much with food, low energy and how I feel about myself. Having a beautiful personal is even better. I would not want to be friends with even the most beautiful person on the earth if they got the worse personality. Being kind and polite is so attractive. But of course it is important to take care of yourself, to both look and feel good about yourself. The one person you are going to live with for the rest of your life is yourself.
