Thanks for commenting!! This video was taken in the mangroves shoreline of Elliot Key, South Florida Biscayne Bay. Unfortunately, The only way to get there is by boat...
Looks like a pretty healthy system. Thanks for showing us, without fancy editing and stupid music etc. Would have been good to know the location without asking, and some basic info about what we're seeing. But a great video all the same. Subscribed!
Surething, are you familiar with Billy’s point? If so, right around the middle of the point on the north side… if you are a local researcher I would be happy to take you there… let me know
Hi thanks for the comment, there are tour boats that take you out snorkeling in Biscayne National Park. I have seen a boat near this area however they anchor pretty far from the mangroves so they probably won’t let you swim so far from the boat. We are currently getting ready to run private daily charters if you are interested in the future. Feel free to reach out or if you have any other questions.
@@hertbrayn5203 you don’t plant it, the seed naturally falls in the water starts growing and floats until it reaches a coast or an island then attaches and begins to grow.
amazing video! Thanks for sharing!

This is so cool, where do you start to swim to get this views?
Thanks for commenting, mangroves are sometimes sectioned into islands and you can swim around them so it looks like your coming from the inside
That looks so cool!! I with I could do that :(

@@LIV305 Thanks I'll definitely consider that.
Is mangroves can grow in underwater?
Yes that’s why they play an essential part to our eco system, they are a big nursery for juvenile fish and protect our coast. Thanks for watching
@@LIV305 ok thank u.but how to plant in under seabed
