Oh yes, eventually I am fit to start following your counting of the houses windows and doors. And I can 'hear' them flap in the breeze too. Its been a long way, thank you so much 🌻:)
Griff...thank you yet again. One question from someone who doesn't understand music theory well at all: on the G string you have that marked as a six, and I would've thought that the six would be on the 12th front of the G string which would make it a G. The way it's marked in the diagram you're showing it looks like it's the flat sixth. Can you explain a bit or tell me what I missing? Thank you! Win
In the key of A, the 6th is E, and the note on the 3rd string is the E. In order to get that note from the high string, you have to end up the highest note (the 5th) to a 6th. It's possible that the "b string time warp" is messing with you, it happens a lot.
Getting to really appreciate the gold nuggets of information you share. Thank you
Very helpful for hearing the relationship between the notes in this pattern and the I, IV, and V chords in the blues.

@@bluesguitarunleashed What?
@@bluesguitarunleashed Key of A , 6th is Fsharp...?
What happens if you put your third finger on the root note and play the same pattern?
Box 2 Minor Pentatonic?
Yes. This pattern would also be B Minor Pentatonic.
