Coconut Bake Dinner Rolls

Grateful Thankful Blessed
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 packet or 2 and 1/4 tsp yeast
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 large egg
2 tbsp vanilla extract

Ok so I just made this bread for my brother and I. When he tried it, I was in another room but heard him go MMMM. He yelled out word for word "I kid you not, this is the best bread I've ever had"
They came out AMAZING!!! I didn't use coconut flakes, only the coconut milk. This made the dough stickier, so I had to add more flour instead. I also forgot to add the egg until i was finish kneading the dough LOL.. I still added it, kneaded it in, and it seemed to be fine.
Thank you so much for this recipe! I'll try it with the coconut flakes sometime.

Ahhh….I was waiting for you to tear one open, to see the texture 😔. Definitely will try this recipe they do look good🤗
