I’ve been installing Ansul and PyroChem for 10+ years. I just branched off on my own and recently picked up the Kitchen Mister line. I’m so pumped to start installing something new in my market. Thanks for the cool install vids!
Sir keep it up actually your good to install of suppression sir Im from the Phillipines Im installer of kitchen suppression to Ansul R102, Ansul Piranha, Buckeye, a d then LVT last Amerex i always watching your youtube sir...
Nice video. Been an installer of Pyro Chem, Ansul, Amerex, Range Gaurd A+/KRS50 and XV/Universal for 16 years. And Buckeye for the few short years they've been out. XV's being my favorite. Nice to see a one-man 8hr. job go by in 12 minutes. Lol
WishpoolVocal if only I could actually do it in 12 minutes lol. I don’t mind the XV head, it’s better the man the A+ I think like you I’ve installed them all most of my experience is in Ansul (worked for an Ansul distributer for YEARS) it’s nice to meet and talk to others that do this thanks for the kind words and comment!!
Like the added commentary. Great video. Got a few other time saving tips. Been doing this 18yrs myself. One of the guys I work with use to put 2-3 in per day so he taught me alot. Since you are a dewalt guy like me and if it's in your budget, look into the DCF894. You will love it, especially on system like this one.
Shane Caldwell never thought of that to be honest lol. I’m always looking for time saving tricks this job took me about 6 hours (45 minutes was messing with the camera) lol. I love hearing others ideas and opinions to me there is never enough knowledge.
@@Doug1637 For me, less physical labor = less fatigue and therefore faster work. Other tools you may look into is Greenlee 645-011 and its hole saw bits (645-7/8, 645-1-1/8). Awesome tool if you are using both 7/8" and 1 1/8" grease seals. Also, if you're not using them already, get a pair of channel lock 422 v jaw pliers for pipe & fittings. Your hands will thank you.
@@shanecaldwell214 I use the Kline version of those hole saw bits been using them for about 2 years this set for the last year, they last incredibly long. And I use to have the 422's but they got stolen one day on lunch break so I bought a normal pair and just never thought about getting another pair of 422's think ill order them today, the box stores around here don't sell the 422's. And my hands and arms are already messed up lol.
Gianpaolo Pazzini a co2 cartridge is what is use to propel the liquid agent in the tanks which is then forced through all the black pipes and dumps it all over the kitchen appliances under the hood
What about an R-102 6 Gallon Manifold set up. Teach the greens that it needs a Double cart and not 101-30 haha smh lol pulled a 101-10 out of one out few months back lol
I’m a suppression tech, but I’ve just done semi-annual maintenance here in California, not many installs and definitely not by myself. What does someone with your experience get paid if you don’t mind me asking? Would love to hear back man, thanks (:
Blake Daugherty I work for a good friend of mine we worked together for years then he started his own and I work for him. To learn you just gotta find a company willing to train you once you get the experience the rest is up to you
Pretty cool to watch, love the way you explain everything too. Like the variety, keep it up.
deeroc417 glad you enjoy it
Very good. I watched the whole thing. Please make more suppression installation videos. These types of videos and the way you edit it are very unique!
