Ho boy, that looks good! I'd probably ask for seconds! Talking about putting whatever you like in your chowder, when I was in Seattle, there was a little walk up snackbar at Fisherman's Terminal on Lake Union that sold smoked salmon chowder. Pair that up with some fresh sourdough bread, and there you go.
I remember seeing the Seminole swamp seasoning before, cant remember where, could be you, just ordered a set of one of each of theirs and let them know it's because you advised. Everything I've gotten from you has turned out great, mostly can't be over an open fire these days but once I'm done with my new place and moved in I plan on having an outdoor kitchen (even though I'll only be able to use it 5 months or so out of the year). I'll give this one a try here in a bit once I can catch some Copper River Reds, should make some amazing salmon chowder.
Hey buddy is red fish similar to our red snapper here on the west coast ? Hell they may not be even called red snapper anymore , like how did the pound sign (#) become a hashtag … who knows …younger generation ,Lol

I have no knowledge on the fishes if the west coast other than salmon and halibut. It is a firm fish, it will work for this dish. Thanks for watching.
