Honda Accord Pre-Purchase Inspection! Buying a Used Car?

In this episode, I traveled to North Texas for a client who booked a Pre-purchase inspection.
I found quite a few things that needed to be corrected. Overall, this car was in decent condition.

Found a 2006 Honda Accord Ex w 95k miles clean title for 6900$
Is that a Fair price for todays market?

Yes unfortunately that's about the rate they are going for. 2006 was a good year for honda. Make sure the 95k is accurate also.
