Your the first person I feel understands me ! I have anxiety too and it's really a struggle within yourself. I had my first anxiety attack when I was a junior in HS, but I started really getting them when I was a senior. I usually start to feel like I can't breath and my face starts feeling numb and I start crying uncontrollably which scares me. It's so overwhelming. And then I have that "everyday anxiety" like something as simple as if I go out to eat and the host gives us a table right in the middle of the restaurant I start feeling weird and I feel very uncomfortable like if people are jus staring at me laughing (but they really aren't) so my boyfriend will start to notice and ask for a booth. It's so hard sometimes because everyday your fighting yourself for jus peace in your mind. I hope we all can combat anxiety and make it go away for good. Thanks for sharing :)

I had counselling but it didn't work :( please make most of your life if the anxiety really has gone away :( I think for me I'm gonna grow old still stuck in the house and probably end up lonely once no one can deal with me no more 😥 live life to the full please :( and if the anxiety comes back just tell it to go away and take control like the control you've had for so long xxxx

I get really bad panic attacks too. Sometimes they even get to the point where I start shaking and it turns into a seizure. Fortunately, that hasn't happened in a while but it's the thought of it possibly coming back at any moment that really scares me. I really appreciate you putting up this video. It really makes me feel better knowing I'm not alone :)

Thanks for this video. I was on medication for a while, but it left me numb. I would rather live with anxiety than not feel anything. It helps to have someone there for you, who knows your triggers and how to calm you down. Panic attacks are nothing to laugh about, but people can't understand unless they feel one themselves. No one can truly understand what anxiety feels like if they don't live it, believe me, I've tried...but even if they don't get it, they want to help because they love you.

Thank you for this video.. Watching your video helped me realize that I'm not the only one that goes through this.. I over work my brain by worrying about a lot of things which causes my anxiety attacks.. Thought I was the only one that felt this way.. Good to know I'm not the only one..

I woke with the most awful anxiety this morning :( and came searching on UA-cam to find those who may suffer the same if anything they had to say could comfort me and I found this video first and mine is like the severest anxiety you could ever get its from the moment I wake up to when I go to bed and am feeling sick already with anxiety just had my breakfast I worry the anxiety stopping me doing things in the day :( and worried so much of having a panic attack I feel everything in the day is a challenge and have to get them over with so can tick it off my list in my head knowing it's over and nothing bad happened and can get on with the rest of the day when really the rest of the day isn't any better :( I know I said "nothing bad happened" but when your in that state of mind you think of the worst happening. Also I from borderline personality disorder I have depression , generalised anxiety disorder agoraphobia - yeah I do not leave the house. Seizures and crippling vertigo

I know exactly how you feel. Ty for making this! If you want to try before you go to bed at night listening to white noise. The you tuber yoga duke is great for that. Sounds of rain and the ocean, stuff like that. Hope it helps!

Glad to know someone else feels the same way as me. I literally have anxiety everyday. I feel like a lot of my anxiety makes me question everything like crazy. I can be completely fine and then all of the sudden I'm like "What am I doing with my life?" and just feel really upset, especially at night. My boyfriend helps me get through it though. Just like you, I think I've had it since I was little. I remember having social and school anxiety but thinking it was normal in elementary school.

Argh couldn't write no more to my last comment so carrying on haha yeah with the vertigo its constant swaying motion or like what feels like a spin but isn't hard to explain. And that also works horribly with my anxiety ... I do get constant suicidal thoughts coz of my anxiety and life in general. My fiancé tries his best to help but like you said no one who hasn't gone through it won't know what it's like and that's true . Thank you so much for your video !

i have everyday anxiety and sometimes i get very small anixety/panic attacks but what helps me is "mind over matter" i stop and think to myself im going to be fine & i just try to take my mind off of things. I havent even been suffering from this for a year it's a struggle for me all the time but i wont let it take over my life..

anxiety is like 2 couples in small cage arguing about some thing had a print on their memory they will keep arguing till they fund out that they are silly to argue about what they was arguing about.
the bad thing is that u can only control one of them at a time but the good thing is that we can change the bad thoughts the way we like cuz its our own thoughts for example: if you have anxiety of water and drowning or drugs after effect paranoia or any other stuff that scares you from the inside out and that you feel that no can helps you in that moment you have 2 options : either standing up for yourself against the thoughts which can be scary but on the other hand you are more commonly to over power the thoughts and stopping them from scaring you, or take the bullies and stop your breathing for 10 seconds and automatically your brain will start thinking of nothingness cuz of the need of oxygen keep your thinking at this point for a minute and then you will feel alot better.
    peace bless your minds

My first experience with anxiety was horrible. I was in school and in the middle of nowhere I felt really dizzy and sick. And I felt like that for two weeks. I missed two weeks of school and on Halloween I was home alone and had a major panic attack I had a lot of sugar that day. Anyway I was freaking out I called my mom and she rushed home I was outside in the freezing cold with shorts because I was feeling hot. After that I started sweating a lot in my palms and my head n I could sit down because my heart was racing my mom didn't know what was wrong so she rushed me to the emergency room and the put me on a bed and put a bunch of thoes sticky circle things on to check my heart rate it was really high. The doctor said to my mom " it looks like she's having an anxiety attack".My mom also has it and so does my grandma. They gave me these pills to calm me down and if it didn't work I would have to get an iv after the pills I felt so much bttr my heart rate was back to normal.

I dont know if I had an panic attack lol. I had the same symptoms, although I didnt have a hard time breathing, and it didnt feel like I was gonna die, though it felt more of like "oh my goodness, I'm gonna lose control of myself and I'm gonna start freaking out if I do lose control". It sucked :/

Most anxious girls don't have a boyfriend...not trying to lessen your condition but your anxiety must not be that bad to the point where it affects your social life. Most women with neurosis and anxiety aren't able to get a boyfriend.
