Didn't sleep last night. Had to get out of bed a few min ago to help someone push a stuck car out of the snow. Just took my boots and snow gear off and crawled back into my warm bed. Go into nature. Whenever it gets bad I go backpacking. It reminds you to be grateful. Be grateful for drinking water, food, shelter, a bed, shower, etc. All the little things we take for granted make you very happy when you realize what you have.

A year on from my comment and I’m beaten, I’m sat on my kitchen floor feeling bruised from all corners. My mind won’t let me accept happiness and kills me daily with my self doubt and lack of motivation. Tash is what I turn too, even if it’s the end of my road, I’ll carry theyre legacy to the grave.
