All blacked out, no windows, just camera's projected on 40" screens inside the bus.... Bullet proof, it will run on water and solar with dual tesla engines... And a million dollars later, he will give it away if you buy a t-shirt... LOL!!

You need to put the tall divider wall back up instead of the short wall on the end of the bed that faces the front of the bus. It will act as a barrier, helping to keep someone from being thrown over into the stairwell in the event of a sudden stop. Consider a cargo net across the opening of the rear bunks as well to keep from tossing someone out of those bunks.

check seatbelt regulations before you go on that trip because you could be in deep trouble if you are not in compliance. Additionally as an employer, please consider the safety of your employees on this trip. It would be a sad day if something goes wrong along the way, no matter which driver is at fault, and you end up with serious injuries among any of the passengers. RV or Bus seats are easy to come by and come equipped with seatbelts that meet regulations.

You know what would be cool. The bunk bed in the back. If you had time it could be cool to make a bed that can fold in the middle to open up that door space. More efficient. But since you wont be keeping it forever it may just be smart to make one solid bed.

This is a schoolie set up for two people. That platform on the back is to big. If you go through to deep a low spot it will drag on the ground. Your trailer if loaded will just make it worse.
If you want a schoolie then you should get one built on a longer frame. This will give you more room for seating. And still have room for sleeping.
Adding a good hitch under a stock bumper will work better than having it on a platform.
