8:10 I think the "Some guys, not me" probably means that Max most likely has gotten off before, he just didn't realize that what happened was normal and was worried she'd think he was weird. Poor guy.
The bombs fell in 2077 if you wondering how non-ghouls who lived before the war can still be around 200 years later cryo-sleep technology is available in fallout world, its how you as a player in fallout 4 get 200 years into the future.
I think a lot of people get confused because you take for granted Maximus is in the know with what he says. In "his world" the bombs dropped when he was a kid. Max isn't talking about the "Great War" as it's often referred to. The bombs fell in 2077, it's confirmed dozens of times in the show its been hundreds of years. Keep in mind the idea is that each character has their own often Very skewed perspective on the world.
22:17 hmm good point, I think the regeneration aspects of his body allows him to take in new body parts, reattach them if the parts are still fairly fresh 🤔
these are two seperate events. The nuclear holecaust was in 2077. The NCR built this city of shady sands much later, then someone found a nuke and nuked the city for some reason. These are two diffeent nukings.
They are divorced for reasons that become clear later. It was mentioned in the first episode that Cooper was doing children’s birthday parties to pay his alimony.
I took the ceremony to be just that - a memorial service. Somewhat bizarre, but considering our own funeral traditions, maybe not so much. As for Moldaver's connection, I guess that's still to come.
The Bakersfield line might be a key piece of info. It was an important vault location in fallout 1, and perhaps not so coincidentally, was an entire city of ghouls.
That's actually a medical thing, the reason Max thought Lucy smelled good. When two people have compatible genes they give off a scent. It means they would make strong babies :)
vault 4 isn't that cult but the portion of ppl in vault 4 who survives the bombing in 2077 are cult, it was to dramatic they lost few screws and started to worship her

The bombs fell October 23rd, 2077. The events in this show start 219 years later.
2:16 In the Fallout universe the major antagonist for America was the Chinese. They invaded Alaska.
Every time Lucy lifts the NCR flag to look at it and the Fallout 4 music kicks in… *shivers*

Bombs definitely dropped in 2077, that’s game canon so that’s show canon. :-)

Nice love that ep
its a cult.... kinda like the brotherhood :)
"Fallout fan" somehow missed a lot of details since Ep 1.
Have you missed in the first episode: 219 Years later? When this, When that, Why ask such stupid question? Disappointed.
