Hi Brent! Because making the concentrate is a bit or work I wouldn’t recommend going through so much effort only for one serving. I would make the syrup and just have it in the fridge (it will hold for a very long time!) You could also cut the amount of herbs by half, add only the juice of one lime and then serve with 1 tbsp Tequila, 1 tbsp Mezcal, 1/2 tbsp Dry Vermouth, and strain / dilute as I do in the video. Season to taste with pinches of salt and MSG. Hope this helps :)
