      +Steven Escareno Yeah, I saw one of his rants on Superman's flight, how he doesn't have wings or doesn't use any scientific or magical devices to fly and just seems to fly without explanation. Though I'm pretty sure that when Superman was rebooted after Crisis on Infinite Earths it was explained that he bends space/time to fly.

    • @mrsamaritan6881
      @mrsamaritan6881 8 років тому +23

      Well, in most case with DC's superheroes, they evolved the ability to fly through a decade of comic books are more. Remember, originally, Superman COULDN'T fly, instead he could "leap tall buildings in a single bound" and so got around by "super jump" which over time artists simply shown by just making him fly. Wonder Woman was the same, originally she got around by a invisible jet plane that made it look like she was flying( albeit sitting down) until eventually she just really could fly. It kind evolved over time as just "flight" for simplicity.

    Honestly, it wouldn't even occur to a polytheist to try and deny anyone else's gods. Why would you? Either they're the same gods as the ones you worship, just using different names (the classical Greeks did this one a lot), or they're just gods you haven't added to the pantheon yet because you haven't met them before. The whole idea of Your Gods Are False is pretty much limited to monotheism and atheism.

    I really find this comic series re-created by Stan Lee to be very interesting, and a pretty damn cool idea. Perhaps there should be more series like this. What I mean, is like a series similar to this like: What if Alan Moore created "insert superhero here", or something like that. I don't really know much about the creators of the various superheroes to be honest, so I probably sound kind of dumb here, but I think the idea Stan Lee had to do this is very creative.

    I consider this one decent but has room for improvement. Jim Lee has a rare moment of making a good costume like Rogue's X-Men costume in the 90's and this version of Wonder Woman was one of them. Good god, I just realised. This is one of the most iconic names in Marvel reimagining some of the most iconic names of DC, with art reminscent of the iconic days of all the failings of Image. Come on, Jim, I've seen you draw way better stuff than this.

      It always surprises me to see jim lee of all people, my personal favorite artist, on this show, but when handed a kinda bland or even bad story there is only so much you can do.

    to be fair....what is a wonder woman story? DC Rebirth is asking that question so it's no surprise that Stan Lee's take on the character came out so...bizarre

    Seriously. Since when it started the trend to kill steve trevor anytime he step outs of the main canon comics?
    STEVE TREVORS DIES EVERYTIME HE ISN'T IN THE MAIN COMIC BOOKS CANON. even in the justice league cartoon he slives, but is close to dying of age anyway

    Rewatching these episodes, it seems to me Stan Lee only saw the gimmick and not…you know, the symbols or heroism that each of these characters represented.

      Well that was the whole point make a new character with just the bare outline they gave to the orginal creator...Superman is a man from another planet sent to earth....Batman is a man who lost his parenst and was inspired to fight crime....Wonder woman a protector from a lost civilization and Flash the fastest woman alive and then GO

    I dunno man. I feel like if this Wonder Woman is of Incan origin in power, he should have some Incan design, ya know? Something like a Pacha outfit done in a more feminine fashion. You can get a lot of milage out of Inca mythology, after all, Pachacutie did shake the earth.

    ""Just imagine Stan Lee Creating Wonder Woman" and all related characters and media are property of DC
    I personally thought they'd more be property of Marvel, but I don't know which company published this. I'd assume Marvel, because Stan Lee....but this is a recreation of there characters....does this fall under fair use? or is this something DC published and it doesn't matter?

    That seems a little weird, bandits wanting money from a farmer who has no money and not getting it so they kill the guy’s wife, so i assume the bandits let the
    Corrupt cops know what they did and the cops... want payment from the farmer who had none to be stolen from in the first place. These guys are bad at what they do

    to be honest,I dunno what juez means. So if i saw that sentence without a translation,I'd be scratching my head. Its as if I wrote 'Volim watching Linkara's videos' as a comment. I bet without a proper transation you wouldnt know what it means. So the juez joke is a bit unnecessary
