Did you know MK can parry the ballistas at Shadow Fort with lightning riposte? Right from the opposite wall, which makes it the highest distance Arisen attack, I believe.

I fought Grigori as an underleveled strider my first playthrough. I vividly remember it taking about 40 minutes, all my pawns dying, and sheer resolve to win. My second I went in as a Mystic Knight and buried him in less than 60 seconds.
I once combined it with elemental skills, ruinous sigils, and holy furor all at once. It took my ps3 like 15 minutes to process 15 seconds of gameplay.
This is exactly what I needed to see. That montage, MMPH! I've put down this vocation for quite some time but now I wanna pick it up again. So, thank you!
I used to not think much of this game when it first came out, thought it was way too punishing in the early game for low level characters. In a sense, I still believe that but I've been giving it a real chance this time around, learning the mechanics and enemy weaknesses and whatnot and it's made a big difference. All that being said, if I was still on the fence before, I'm fully on board now thanks to your channel. Your videos aren't just hilarious, feel good, builds but you even share what you know with people. It's really helpful and you got a damn great sense of humor. Had know clue the Dragon's Dogma community had such a gem.
I did not know you could parry the wall of fire at 2:50 nice work. And tbh, the fact that you can actually parry that instant death spell is pretty neat even if the timing has to be super precise
Really nice to see an MK main doing montages again. I remember feeling dang invincible with those perfect blocks and GCs. I think the only thing you need to worry about are attacks like the rift vortex of the Daimon's 2nd Form. You could laugh at anything else being thrown at you and with that fighter skill that extends perfect block frames, pretty much everything is shut down.
Love the music and meme sound edits. Its why i keep coming back for more content :) reminds me alittle of why I loved old russianbadger. I look forward to seeing more content like this and the playthrough stuff as well!

I think you should make some build guide videos.. like how the stat distribution should be for a mystic knight.. What skills/spells are best for different situations etc..
When I got Abyssal Anguish, I stopped using the shield spells and just used that and just absolutely deleted everything in my path with it. Abyssal Anguish go BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

You get all 3’s when your pawn dies in service automatically. 718daboi is just maiming them.
Or he just skips the stars, bc the automatic mount of stars you can give is 3, you can make 4 or 5 or even 1 but the automatic is 3

Love the mystic knight appreciation. And the magic cannon bit is too true, except i use two or three to make the game lag with my magic machine gun

If you have sigils out plus pawns sigils at the same location plus the 2 or 3 magic cannons then that lags for me.

I've always loved 'offensive defense' play in rpgs. Mystic knight is the most fun form of it I've ever run into.
This video felt so much longer than it is in so many good ways, yet I still felt sad when the end came.
