Hello, I'm French and I love watching your videos and Philly captain's also, you two are fun and give's us some culture, for a french likes me it's cool to have this type of view of your country, wich i love thanks
@@Bekahrama Also about the hearse: It was called a “Pontiac Superior“ because the chassis, running gear and front end was made by Pontiac but everything from the dashboard back was made by the Superior Coach Company of Lima, Ohio.
You really made my day when I was watching your video and heard you were headed to Philadelphia! Thank you for being there for the Philly Captain! And for all of us who watch him! The previous video came at a much needed time until his channel came back! I've been a fan of both of you separately and when you guys got together it was magic!
You have the greatest group of friends Adam! It's hard to pick a favorite, but I do like the mix of realism and sarcasm that the Philly captain brings to the table.
I LOVE when you two are in each other's videos. You guys have so much fun together. Congrats on your baseball stadium goal, Adam. Love the Greatful Dead shirt, Captain Philly.🤘💚🖤💚🖤
25:38 It says alot about a person who visits a church regardless of the religion that removes their caps when entering. Well done boys. When my sons were young and we visited several California Missions I taught them to remove their caps. I gotta say I got a little emotional seeing you both sans caps. ❤️👍
Love you and The Captain together! I would describe you two as unlikely friends. You guys bring out the best in each other! You both seem happier when you are together! Get together more often.
👏👏👏 Die Hard and Lethal Weapon are absolutely Christmas movies! People can argue that until they're blue in the face, I will never change my mind. Do I watch them at other times of the year? Absolutely! But you best believe Die Hard and Lethal Weapon play on my TV every December!
Thank you so much for visiting harry the K. I cried my eyes out the day he died. So glad he got to call world series in2008. gone to soon. Loved him and Whitey on the radio.
In Canada we had a show in the 70’s and early 80’s called The King of Kensington and Al Waxman played the owner of a convenience store in Toronto… Great show!
Great to see the elevated tracks in another state other than Chicago! & A great Pumpkin cake to bring to an Autumn Pot Luck or gathering is Paula Deen’s Pumpkin Ooey Gooey Butter Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. They’ll be asking you to make it for decades. ❤
Good old FDR skatepark I always wanted to go there. since I've seen bam margera there In his old videos. But I enjoy watching you guys. You in the Philly, captain. And to be able to see Philadelphia once in a whi. Le I grew up going there when I was a kid to visit my grandparents. Awesome video.
Great video. I grew up in the Tacony section and then Willow Grove. My grandmother lived in the Frankford section. We used to do a lot of shopping at the stores along Kensington ave. This was way before "Rocky" was filmed there. We took the train/El from Willow Grove to Reading station often to get to center city. Lots of memories. Live in Central Florida now.
The church and the Isahiah building were really neat to see. Sad to see the Kensington part of town and how it appears rundown. The Philly Captain seems like a hoot to hang around with. Loved your eyeroll when he got the last word. Lol.
Thank you, Adam, for the fantastic tour of the Kensington area! The Captain was so informative and quite endearing❤. You two together were very entertaining! Great video!
Great job! I love Laurel Hill Cemetery! Ascension was a beautiful Church at one time! The upstairs church with all the stain glass, That was my grade school!
Like everyone else, I love seeing you genuinely laugh at Captain. Also hilarious at how you quickly cut the video as he's about to say something inappropriate. haha I noticed Jay did the same thing yesterday.
I want to thank you and the captain for showing respect to that church by removing your hats, there are so many youtubers who visits places of worship that doesn’t. Once more you prove to me why I prefer your channel more than any others.
Thank you so much Adam and Philly Captain! Very funny!Congratulations to both of you! Such a amazing vlog! Love to see the location Rocky and six sense! Enjoy your videos so much!
Philly Capt is a great addition. Just hilarious and very colorful. I’ve never been to Philly and this gives me a good reason to not want to visit. There’s “rough” or “gritty”, but then there’s Philly apparently. Major props to those who call it home. I’m surprised nobody has bought up all those old run-down attached homes or business buildings to develop something modern. The church interior is beautiful, but I’m sorry Philly’s baptism church is now abandoned. RIP to the great Harry Kalas. Good video Adam.
Philadelphia is a tough and gritty town, and many of us like that. But Philadelphia also has beautiful, wealthy, neighborhoods; where homes sell for millions of dollars. For those millions you could buy a colonial rowhome that's older than the United States, or a larger three and four story Victorian era rowhome, or a mansion with lawns all around it.
For the $7 that you spent on that Mickey Mouse comic, you probably could have gotten like 14 comic books at 50 cents a piece, and had plenty of enjoyment reading them. Great interaction with the Philly Captain! I think 90% of your viewers realize that you two are joking back and forth and nothing is meant as a serious insult.
Harry Kalas was such a great man. Always went above and beyond for the fans, and was the best of the best in the broadcast booth. My bothers and I played wiffle ball in the backyard all our childhood, and when there was a game it would be on our radio, and often our grandpa would be there listening and watching us play. I'm glad Harry didn't have to see the Phillies sit out a game in support of a child napper and S crime thug, while they did absolutely nothing for the targets of his crime. That was when I quit following the Phils after being a lifelong fan.
Love your episodes with Philly Captain. That manic personality somehow blends well with your more mellow takes. Somewhat poignant seeing the junkies but I like that the Captain wasn’t giving you the Chamber of Commerce tour.
Love seeing these old neighborhoods. My parents are from the Pittsburgh area, and I love seeing the old neighborhoods. Most are run down because of the exodus of coal mining. I grew up in Houston, where people think if their house is more than 20 years old its OLD 😂 The Captain to me has more of a yinzer accent than a Philly accent.
Having my Mexican hot latte at my favorite planet perk coffee shop and watching Adam the woo an Philly Captain guy .. If you grew up in the 80s like I did , probably remember going trick-or-treating and getting a free McDonald's gift certificate for pumpkin pie or apple pie and after trick or treating we go there and get the pumpkin pie oh my God they were the best Mercury hot pumpkin pie ever.. looks like a beautiful cemetery too as well. That Philly Geno place was in the video Boys 11 men motown Philly song .
You know why I can't miss a video from this channel? Because it is always fun and enjoyable! Plus it brings a smile to my face and laughter when things are down. So for all the haters out there, you know where you can go and I wouldn't change a thing on this channel, keep up the good work and I'll keep watching!!
Great show - grew up in Tacony my Father was from Kensington and my Mom from Camden so they moved on up to Tacony for a better living, 🤣 *Vogt pool Tacony and Fishing in it before it closed for the winter was amazing. So when the fish weren't biting so we just scooped them up with a net, 🤣
I lived in Philly 25 years ago. Kensington has been a mess for decades. I'm glad to see some effort to clean it up. Love hearing Philly Captain's Delco accent. It makes me a little homesick. I'm gonna get some "wooder ice"
Actually Drinkhouse was probably the woman’s maiden name not her middle name. 4:18~~ Sixth Sense is a good movie. That is a beautiful church it was filmed in.~~ I think know what your next goal is. Has to do with Alaska. 😀
This was absolutely amazing to watch! Thank you to the Philly Captain for taking Adam on this incredible tour! I have a question, too; what’s the difference between Italian ice and water ice?
Shout out to the Philly Captain for retaining all this Philly knowledge! Fun fact Adam, I was on set at Peirce College while they were filming Cole's school scenes. Hopefully you can check it out next time you're in town!
I used to rent a shop at the flashing light intersection in Sergeantsville, just down the road from the house where they filmed The Sixth Sense. Used to see Bruce Willis' limo go by.
The two of you together are just pure gold. Hilarious stuff that brought a smile to my face this morning. Thank you.
I second that. Top stuff.
Boyfriends
Hello, I'm French and I love watching your videos and Philly captain's also, you two are fun and give's us some culture, for a french likes me it's cool to have this type of view of your country, wich i love thanks
You two are hilarious together.
My guy, you have Disney on the brain. That Pontiac hearse was called "Fyn-L-Ryd," like "final ride," not Flynn Ryder. Lol. This is why we love you.
@@Bekahrama Also about the hearse: It was called a “Pontiac Superior“ because the chassis, running gear and front end was made by Pontiac but everything from the dashboard back was made by the Superior Coach Company of Lima, Ohio.
Right lol. Adam and Jacob always crack me up with the words they pronounce lol
He has a real problem with the English language
Too much Disney on the brain is never a good thing!
Adam, bonus points for you and The Captain for taking off your hats in the church. :)
You really made my day when I was watching your video and heard you were headed to Philadelphia! Thank you for being there for the Philly Captain! And for all of us who watch him! The previous video came at a much needed time until his channel came back! I've been a fan of both of you separately and when you guys got together it was magic!
Cap & Adam go together like hot warrter and ice and it is always gold. Well done guys. Well done. Also im happy Cap got his channel back.
You have the greatest group of friends Adam! It's hard to pick a favorite, but I do like the mix of realism and sarcasm that the Philly captain brings to the table.

Love when you're in my home town Adam. You'll never get tired of finding things to see, or eat.
We like the Captain!!! 😅. He is a hoot and knows lots of stuff!!!

Not an avid watcher of "The Woo" but I like it when hes with this dude. They have good energy together.
So nice of Philly Captain to show you around and feed you yummy food. He is a good friend to you, Adam!
Great video, hopefully you two team up more often. Nice to see someone so proud of their home town. Hat removal in church was refreshing.
In Canada we had a show in the 70’s and early 80’s called The King of Kensington and Al Waxman played the owner of a convenience store in Toronto…
Great show!
You are lucky to have such a gracious host with the Philly Captain. I so enjoyed watching your vlogs over the past few days. Be well and safe travels!
great vlog loved the cemetery and the beef sandwich great knowledge of the Philly captain
Educational and hilarious, just the way we love it Adam

You two! Very interesting, especially the 6th Sense location inside the church. Thank you! 🙂

Hi Adam great viedo. The Philly captain is so funny.I'm from Brooklyn so I speak fluent sarcasm. He is just kidding
The Philly captain should have a bus and offer tours, he always has something interesting to show us
He does sometimes do walking history tours ....
Love watching you both
The church and the Isahiah building were really neat to see. Sad to see the Kensington part of town and how it appears rundown. The Philly Captain seems like a hoot to hang around with. Loved your eyeroll when he got the last word. Lol.
Love all the history! I really enjoy Adam and Philly Captain together. Philly Captain speaks fluent Sarcasm for sure! So entertaining! 😁
Captain is a pisser
Love the adam the woo and philly captain dynamic.
Love the Captains enthusiasm and his fun facts! Great video Adam (you're missing Scott on Tap for good measure).
Drinkhouse’s gravestone is a Zinker. Those are cool. I wish they still made them.
You have the best friends. How blessed
Thank you, Adam, for the fantastic tour of the Kensington area! The Captain was so informative and quite endearing❤. You two together were very entertaining! Great video!

AndyWarren Just like he does to Scott On Tap.

Okay I love that guy 😂what a trip. Great video Adam🎉
Congrats to Philly Captain for getting his youtube channel back. Happy for him.

@@MamaCarola1new one is back today so he has two now
Philly captain vs Jacob the carpetbagger in a steel cage match would be awesome. I’d pay good money to see that.
I'll fly anywhere to see that.
Classic car alert gorgeous cemetery thanks Adam for sharing
Philly Captonious in the house. Information in abundance!
I'm the hollywood captain now haha. That skatepark is amazing. Ans so was that church!

thank you again Adam and Philly Captain 😊
The Philly Capt. is one of those unique individuals who was born without a filter. What you see is what you you get .Just like me.
Philly Capt is a great addition. Just hilarious and very colorful. I’ve never been to Philly and this gives me a good reason to not want to visit.
