What is ASMR?

ASMR gives a chance for a pause, encouraging us to take some time for self care and to prioritise mental health.
I myself struggled for years with Insomnia and Anxiety before I discovered ASMR. It has helped me a lot and so i wish to do the same for you! Even if that is to simply relax you a little!

Norsken din har blitt mer «fornorska» og bedre siden pt1 allerede, så fort, veldig imponerende😊 Du snakket bra norsk i Pt1 også, men det hørtes veldig «svensk-norsk» ut, nå høres det mye mer bare norsk ut, tusen takk for videoene!😌
