Check out our video of the best robot vacuum cleaner review that you can purchase on Amazon for a discount right now. This is a full unboxing and review with demos of the Android and iPhone mobile app controlling the features and maps that allow this to be the smartest robot vacuum on the market. This is better and less expensive than the Shark IQ Robot XL and the Roomba s9+. Other models we looked at were the Roomba i3, Roomba i7, and Roomba s9 Plus. The Proscenic M7 Pro is better than the Proscenic P10 and Proscenic T21 vacuums. It has anti collision sensors, lidar LDS laser navigation and mapping, works with your smart home and Alexa voice control, FSD control and anti falling on stairs.

    Real quick, want to provide a quick overview of the highlights and some pros and cons after using this vacuum for a couple of weeks, then we'll jump into the setup and some demos of the vacuum and the mobile app.
    Bottom line, this is an excellent robot vacuum and comparatively less expensive than other vacuums in its class. It's incredibly smart, powerful, and can mop small spaces.
    Some of the pros:
    - It has very strong suction power, we're talking a max suction power of 2700Pa (pascal rating)
    To compare, Roomba's flagship s9+ has a max suction power of just 2200 Pa, yet you'll pay $1100 for it
    - Can do corner cleaning and some other things, but way overpriced in my opinion
    - Some other pros: The M7 Pro can both vacuum and mop, and both at the same time in fact
    - It has a great app with lots of features and works with Alexa voice commands
    Some of the cons:
    - It does have a small water tank, so you'll be mopping smaller areas or refilling the tank more often
    ○ Here's the Deebot Ozmo T8 water tank next to the M7 Pro for a size comparison
    - We also noted that the M7 Pro doesn't automatically avoid carpet when mopping, but you can easily setup some no fly zones and use those while mopping to avoid carpets and rugs.
    - Lastly, the automatic dust collector is sold separately which will cost you another $100
    But this thing is still an amazing vacuum!
    It uses a laser navigation system to map out your home and has multi floor mapping so you can save multiple maps if needed
    It has a 5200mAh large capacity battery - so you'll have 150 to 200 minutes of continuous work - So far it hasn't run out of battery power when cleaning both levels of our home
    It automatically returns to the base station to recharge when done cleaning and doesn't take 20 mins to find it like our previous robot vacuum.
    It can climb up 20mm for change in flooring types between rooms
    Cleans tall carpets and hardwood/vinyl floors - it even auto adjusts the suction power according to floor type with what they call V-Boost
    Ban certain areas from cleaning
    Spot clean and define the area on your floorplan right on the app
    Y Mopping feature that gives you a triple pass mop cleaning
    Set cleaning schedules
    Check cleaning history
    can share control with others
    And one of the coolest features: Smart dust collector, where the robot vacuum automatically empties itself into the base station waste bag which only needs emptied every couple of weeks

    I have this vacuum. Had her foe almost 2 years now. She's a great machine. Very reliable and powerful. She gets under everything and cleans very efficiently. Just a great machine at a great price compared to some competitors that that cost allot more with less features.

    how do I connect the smart dust remover to the M7Pro?

  • @pegschr

    Does it say anywhere on the unit that it's an M7 pro? Because I am questioning whether that is what I got because it doesn't say anything on any of it that it's anything other than a proscenic robot vacuum

    Hi I have this vacuum and it keeps giving me the message to wipe the cliff sensors and move to different area. I cleaned the cliff sensor and did move it to new area and still same message. It’s been doing that message since I opened it up from the box. Anyone can help?

    Great review! Thanks! Does the mop attachment have to b removed before it automatically self empties in the auto empty dust bin station? Also, does the auto empty dust bin cleaning station clean out the filter as well or does the filter still need to b hand cleaned?

    • @TwoNerdEFamilies
      @TwoNerdEFamilies  3 роки тому +1

      Thanks for your questions! The mop attachment does not need to be removed before it will empty into the base station. The internal filters do need to be manually cleaned once in a while, but it is effortless on this particular vacuum with how easy they've made it with this design.

    Great review. How loud is this? Is it the same as a regular hand held vacuum? I'm trying to find a vacuum that won't bother anyone next door as we live in a townhome with shared walls.

    • @TwoNerdEFamilies
      @TwoNerdEFamilies  3 роки тому

      @MYKEL V, even on standard or strong suction mode, it's nothing as loud as a conventional hand held / manual push vacuum. I really like that this M7 Pro features a quiet mode for situations like yours where you might be concerned about the noise level. We found that even on quiet mode that it was still picking up better than our Shark hand held that we've really loved. I hope this helps and thanks so much for watching our video and for leaving your comment and question!

      @@TwoNerdEFamilies this wouldn't clean stairs right? Do you have a separate vacuum for your stairs?

    • @TwoNerdEFamilies
      @TwoNerdEFamilies  3 роки тому

      @MYKEL V that's right, has a drop sensor so it will come close to stairs, then back away. We kept our conventional hand held vacuum for doing stairs since we don't need to clean those near as often as kitchen/dining/bedrooms, etc. It's nice having a robot vacuum taking care of everything else daily and automatically.

    Hi, does anyone know how to setup multiple maps for each floor?

    • @TwoNerdEFamilies
      @TwoNerdEFamilies  3 роки тому +2

      This was difficult to figure out as it's not explained in the user manual or FAQ and isn't intuitive in their app. We provided this feedback to them for future enhancements to the app and documentation.
      The instructions they provided to us seemed to work. The only frustrating part is that you have to move the docking station to each floor for the initial map creation, but then you can permanently return the dock to the primary floor. Run the vacuum clean mode on each floor and let it return to the dock and then save the map for that floor. Then when you clean other floors in the future, go to the app, click on More at the bottom, then Restore Map brings up any maps that you've created. You'll just switch between those when cleaning other floors and it's worked pretty well for us. Hope this helps!
