Was working for 2 years without any problem.Suddenly both of my robots stopped connecting to the WiFi. To check if the WiFi was the cause,I bought a third robot (same model). The new one is connecting fine. Conclusion, Proscenic is sending an update after some working hours so that you cannot use it anymore.
Not able to connect. On step5/5 it’s loaded till 99% and then the network connection is lost

This product is awful. The app is bad, and there's no customer service. What a waste of money!!
