Hey, great build! I kept trying different setups but ended up liking yours the most and I appreciate the work you put into it. I did post a message before but it got deleted, probably cause it had a link of a picture of my gear setup in it? I was trying to ask wether is it not better to still keep the embalmer aspect for the bosses, since the tendrils spawning orbs seem to be better for killing the trash? Would I be losing much dmg or is there any suggestion you could make for someone like me who sucks at dodging boss mechanics? I have currently reached pit 90 cause I am scared to go higher, i always seem to get 1 shot somehow when the boss is like at 5% hp. I have tried using the Doombringer, which I saw in a different build that said all the extra life makes up for the stats on the regular weapon and it would also let me facetank more of the boss mechanics, but somehow it still seems like it lacks in dps. Also is there a way I could show you my gear setup, since I can't post any links here? Thank you!
Oh hey! I had started typing a reply to that message earlier, but then it disappeared haha. But for focusing on purely boss damage, I would actually just use Affliction instead of Rathma's Vigor, along with Shroud of False Death. You can still keep the Blood Begets Blood board, I would just put at least 2 points into Transfusion (so that it's 3/3 with Shroud on) and then still try to scoot around grabbing orbs while fighting the boss. For tankiness, you can actually build your gear in a way that lets you truly just stand in all shadow boss mechanics at 3 stacks and facetank them. You'd give up a decent amount of damage, but not so much you'd struggle with any content below like pit ~95 to 100. I'm only just now (around pit 106+) having to dodge mechanics when I am at 3 stacks this season, and I am built almost purely into damage. Basically, the first goal would be to masterwork Max Life everywhere you can. Craft a GA life Shroud, make sure your boots, ring, weapons (and even neck if you want) all have GA life on them. I wouldn't recommend masterworking life on ring/weapons or neck, but elsewhere you can stack it. Then make sure you're using CirXal which should give permanent 20% life, and Elixir of Fortitude for another 20% (multiplicative). And if that isn't enough, the second tankiness option is the nuclear one--use Doombringer instead of a legendary weapon, dropping Cadaverous aspect. You'd still want GA life on it, and as close to 3x crits into %Life as you can for damage. But you will be almost unkillable this way 🙂
@ that is awesome, thank you so much for putting the effort into helping me with this! I will see what I can do based on your suggestions. I do have all of the mythics but so far my gear has been maxed out on int and skill lvls.
Yessir! Highest I've seen so far was a 15B nova hit, and with all the extra Cruor's drains plus blood-bathed, that's a whopping 15 + 12.9 + 9(4.3) = 66.6B overpower cast
If you mean Shroud of False Death, I would just run a legendary chest with the Embalmer aspect. It's actually a very good alternative, only a little weaker than Shroud (and you get to have another Utility temper which are very useful)
@@TheCristobaL_OS Given an extra temper, I would probably use it on Soulrift duration for pit pushing so that it has better uptime on bosses. Or if you'd rather boost your speed clearing ability, you could choose to take another Blood Surge Nova Size
how are u abble to reset the cooldown of soulrift so fast? I got the ultimate reduction and also the cooldown reduction on the focus but I can't keep soulrift up on bosses
Abhorrent Decrepify procs are the primary way to reset its cooldown. On trash when you're hitting multiple mobs at a time, this makes the cd reset almost instantly, but on boss it can be somewhat of a struggle. I had a boss with adds here (Frostcaller) which helps a lot, and unfortunately, uptime on Soulrift on single target will be kind of spotty unless you are getting consistent waves of adds. Edit: Side-note, if your uptime is especially bad, you can take the Zec rune (i.e. TamZec instead of TamOhm) in order to reset it on single target much easier. If the gaps in your soulrift uptime are big enough, this can actually result in more dps overall than Ohm, since Soulrift provides so much damage (30% + 20% from vuln + 20% from 4/3 Finality). The only downside is Zec effectively does nothing on trash, as Soulrift can easily have 100% uptime outside the boss room.
Yeah I saw that, I actually just forgot to swap my basic skill for this push lol. It's not quite as useful as it may sound because it will only have decent uptime on trash, and only lasts 4sec. I'm also at 77% attack speed already in bucket 2, so I'll only benefit from ~23% of the 30% attack speed. However that's a good catch, and I do plan on incorporating it as I keep pushing 🙂
I can see this is the channel I’ve been looking for. Well met stranger. Excellent work.
Well done!! Never thought it’s possible.

what do you suggest if i do not have that armor? thank you and great content as always!!

(That player is using reap to boost the attack speed to 161 breakpoint)
