Hey there, I'm doing a 65 Fastback shell right now. I've done a rear torque box w/frame rail, the upper and lower cowl assembly and much more.. You are doing quite well, from I see here.. Keep "plugging" away at my friend!!! Here's another subscriber for you . God bless..
Your plug welding and blow thru is do to welder settings. The settings change by the thickness of metal. Plug weld holes should be a min 1/4” and max 3/8”. 1/4” usually needs higher voltage/heat and circle around the hole to burn into the metal completely.
Nice videos. I am preparing to restore a 65 mustang that is missing the front radiator/core support. Where do you get the measurements if the factory specs are considered to be unreliable?
Nice work. I gotta ask, is the VIN stamped on the aprons for that year mustang? I might have missed it. My 67 has two on the front driver apron and one on the passenger side. I plan to keep the top of the panel intact when I do my battery apron.
These videos are truly high quality, keep at it!

I wasn't aware they were unreliable. I got those from the manual
