How to Make Men's Stilt Pants | Pattern Drafting and Sewing

How to make stilt pants! These pants were meant for a man so the process is quite different than the process I use to make my own lady stilt pants.
Because I was making these for someone else, I needed to draft a pattern instead of using my own pants as a guide. I also kept the upper legs very loose on purpose. I made it the day before the event so making it perfect was not a high priority. You are welcome to get as meticulous as you please.
I show you how to make a pattern and turn it into your very own stilt pants. You can close up the pants lots of different ways, from elastic to velcro, hooks, drawstring, etc. I chose to do buttons based on the type of costume I was making.
