    INGREDIENTS LIST
    🌱 Homemade gnocchi
    1 kilogram (2.2 lb) potatoes (Russet or red potatoes)
    300 grams (2 cups) all-purpose flour (this can vary greatly based on the type of potato so be ready to add more)
    2 teaspoon salt + 1½ tablespoons for the water to cook the gnocchi.
    🌱 Tempeh bolognese
    700 grams (1.5 lb) tomato passata or canned tomatoes
    75 grams (2.6 oz) tempeh
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 onion
    1 carrot
    1 stalk celery
    ½ cup red wine
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ⅓ teaspoon pepper

    Ciao ragazzi volevo farvi i complimenti per questo bellissimo canale, vi seguo già da qualche mese. Mia nonna mi raccomandava sempre di aggiungere la farina alle patate fredde in modo che non se ne "mangiassero" troppa, ma proverò ad aggiungerla alle patate tiepide come avete fatto voi. Il ragù con il tempeh lo provo di sicuro. Un altro condimento buonissimo è una crema di yogurt vegetale al naturale frullato con origano fresco, basilico e erba cipollina (testato da fidanzato onnivoro e approvato) 😋

    Looks fantastic. We make gnocchi vegan and non vegan but honestly never had it with sauce. Once boiled we toss them in a pan with breadcrumbs fried in vegan butter and eat them with sugar (my adult kids have it with maple syrup) One day I will try with sauce.😘👍

    Grazie a questa ricetta ho rivalutato il tempeh, non immaginavo che sotto forma di ragù fosse così strepitoso. Sto esplorando varianti: ho aggiunto l'alloro, un cucchiaino di miso e, come letto qualche commento sotto, due chiodini di garofano. Confermo che potrò provare qualunque personalizzazione, ma mai ometterò il vino, trovo necessario il tocco che offre all'insieme. Grazie per la ricetta base! 😘

    I had seen this recipe video and i had saved it.
    Now that i have made my own tempeh from scratch,i am looking for differenrt ways to cook with it,so i saw this video.
    What a beautiful recipe Nico! Easy,quick,and it seems like a totally fun to make.
    I have never made,or tasted,gnocchi before,but it seems like this is the right time to do it 😊

    Do you think i could make them,or should i search for another potato type?

    Adoro gli gnocchi, tra i miei primi preferiti! 😍 non ho ancora assaggiato il tempeh, l'ho comprato e mi è stato detto che è meglio mangiarlo crudo, marinato con del tamari e tante erbe e spezie per salvaguardare i fermenti di cui è ricco... Se ci faccio il ragù, non vanno a disperdersi?

    Is there a reason that you haven't peeled + chopped the potatoes before boiling them? I know that would be quicker so I want to make sure if I try that, it won't ruin my gnocchi haha

    Hey :) i made vegan gnocchi before, they were tasty but not pretty. As a swiss what i miss most going vegan are special cheeses. Like gorgonzola. Is there any way one could get a gorgonzola pasta vegan?

    Se nell'impasto degli gnocchimmetti una macinatina di noce moscata e nel "ragù" 1 foglia di alloro e 2 chiodi di garofano, sarà una meraviglia 👋

      HI Natalie, not if you boil them. They absorb too much water without peel. If you want to peel them before cook them in the microwave :-)
