I'm with you about the living room fire place.... I'd definitely prefer the 100"+ unit 👍🏻 It's nice to see a laundry room with a counter to fold clothes on! They seem to forget about that aspect sometimes. I really like the conversation put in the backyard ! 👍🏻
Why toll brothers i noticed that there is no foemal living and formal fining .. for a really big houses they build i think having a formal living and dining room is necesary
Wow Howard Huges Corp but be charging the heck out land to Toll Bros for them the charge 2.6 for this! Vinyl floors no built in microwave, this looks identical to DR Horton modern look from few years ago. The pandemic has wrecked vegas 2.6 used to get you so much house in vegas. These are gonna sell to transplants regardless
I do not like electric fireplaces. Such a waist. I'd opt for a jacuzzi over that spool. I really like this house. You do need geothermal or solar to afford to cool this much open space.
Well, the homes is built like a vault. So realistically the AC bill on this is equal to a home 1/2 its size if it was built before 2000. Not to mention, for the person dropping this coin... They're not exactly worried about an $800 electric bill during the summer months...
Hahahaha.. Exactly... Which is why so many people from the Bay are moving here! For wealthy individuals, the state tax savings alone pays for the mortgage!
Perhaps... But this is the standard now. Not to mention, its already under contract... "Value" is simply what people are willing to pay. Big plus there is the larger yard (side) and 100% privacy behind you.
Such a lovely large home , it’s a real shame that the pool is so small 😊

Good point on the laundry counter... Never thought of it that way before...🤔
Awesome tour. Thanks!

Not going to show us the garage? That's too bad, we will shop elsewhere. You have a nice day.
Are there homes of this style in Centennial Hills?
for 2.6 and you re getting a spuddle but hey everybody's gotta price.
Nice video, but the house is overpriced. No full size pool for that price is an absolute crime and no overhead shower in the primary bedroom.
I hear you.. BUT... It's already under contract. So I guess it was priced right!
very nice review broski
Hahahaha... Thanks my dude!
okay very nice home ,,, price is not so bad ,
Nice house
Plastic floors, microwave on the counter, tiny pool. For 2.7m? Nah.
I hear you.. BUT.. It's already under contract!
@@leboknows 0mg!! wow.

Vinyl flooring in a $2.6m property is a joke, right? Someone must be high as a kite to think that will fly.

@thelebogroup You're right. I, on the other hand, worry when mine in my small apartment goes over $100. 😆 🤣 😂
Thanks for your tour and answer.
That is beautiful! Meanwhile 2.6 mil may get you a regular old house in the Bay area 😂
Hahahaha.. Exactly... Which is why so many people from the Bay are moving here! For wealthy individuals, the state tax savings alone pays for the mortgage!
Or you could move to Texas Houston or Dallas maybe somewhere by the warm gulf of Mexico and buy a resort made of diamonds for that much lol
home looks similar to Graham Stephens home
Same exact neighborhood!
I'm only approved for 325. These multi million dollar houses are getting depressing
Hey, we all start somewhere. My first was $240K.
This is a sad 2.6 mil, insane. 10ft to the neighbors house, it just doesn’t feel ultra luxury.

It's a house in the desert. They should pay you to move there
They do.. No state tax baby!!! The lack of CA state income tax pays this mortgage! LOL
