Thank you for the review Please when you test wide aperture lenses use full mechanical or silent shutter. Electronic first curtain shutter deforms the bokeh giving it unpleasant harsh look on high shutter speeds. This happns in some of your samples where shutter speed is above 1/1000
honestly a great debate for 2k... that 50mm reach is honestly useless for me in streets unless im doing abstract or just scene work... the 1.2 was nice but now its really not a big deal for me , especially if you own a 85mm 1.4... maybe for night shoots perhaps.. but even then that blade of focus will have a nose blur even when focused on eyes... would have loved to see some portrait shots at 1.2 but everything you showed us was 5.6 lol... i get it for that particular scenario it worked but the big wow on this lens is the 1.2 and that its g master..
Classic case of using the wrong tool for the job. That would not be my good to lens for street. Wrong Job for this video. The real Job? Wow the viewers with the amazing images this lens can take at F/1.2 not F’ing F/5.6. 🤦♂️
