Therefore, respect the white inventors of the microphone, the phonograph, the speaker, the turntable, the vinyl record, the camera, the video tape, the incandescent bulb, the English language, the compact disc, the audio file, the voice recorder, the mixer, the outlet, the power cable and essentially every other aspect and tool used in the production allowing Hip-Hop to exist. If white people are guests and need to respect the culture, then the same goes for Chuck, Jamar and all other black people when using tools that white men invented.

Ok he said Lord Jamar better leave him alone or he will walk up in the house THAT HE (saying that it’s Lord Jamars house NOT HIS) And he would put his feet and make himself at home (in which a guest does). NOW in the song “I Will” Eminem said that he never claim something that wasn’t his (still getting facts straight if you pay close attention) and stated that Run DMC Kool G Rap and Rakim who are part of hip hop (now where did Eminem claim himself not a guest in that? I say again GETTING THE FACTS STRAIGHT) and then said in the interview that he never claimed that he wasn’t a guest. Here’s your facts. If you can prove otherwise he said that he wasn’t, post it....if not, shut the fuck up and learn how to pay attention to certain situations before you post something without proof behind because that makes you a BIAS BITCH!! To most outsiders, African arts and crafts have always historically been a one-way, one-stop shop of economic prosperity. They walk in the store, grab a basket or cart, fill their containers up with whatever will enrich their lives and then leave without paying.
Its time the truth be said, like it or not this is reality.... Hip Hop is not "Black Culture" its AMERICAN culture. If the single ingredient for Hip Hop was "Black Culture" why didnt Hip Hop originate or begin in Africa? Is Africa not "Black" enough? The reason is because Hip Hop is a lifestyle, not a color. You need New York, You need LA, you need New Orleans....None of which are "Black Culture" You need Synthesizers.....not invented by "Black Culture" You need Pianos not invented by "Black Culture" You need Drum Machines not invented by "Black Culture" You need record players to scratch not invented by "Black Culture" You need 8 tracks and digital recorders not invented by "Black Culture" you need microphones not invented by "Black Culture" you need western music theory not invented by "Black Culture" you need a country where multiple races and ideas join and coexist..... That doesnt happen in any other country like it does America. Hip Hop is American as apple pie...... Every single race in America contributed to hip hop long before most people here even existed. And as a side note..... speak about your accomplishments, you dont have any ownership of hip hop simply because of your skin color....thats a fallacy and a lazy way to claim an achievement. Lots of other races have contributed wildy to civilization and their ancestors dont run around claiming to have been a part of that contribution, create your own value and quite coat tailing pioneers. Too many people out here claim Rap, Funk, Hip Hop, Soul etc as their peoples music.....and cant sing or play music for nothin.....man that aint your music, you cant make music.....Thats this person music, and you simply share a skin tone....quit claiming ish you cant do...... blaze a trail in another way. Hip Hop is American....period

im here with intent actually you are the ignorant one, he’s actually accurate if we’re talking facts. Basketball was created by John Naismith a man of cacausian descent. So going off of welcoming and accepting African Americans in, absolutely they did. Of course when they first integrated it was hostile those were in extremely racial times, but look at the sport today dominantly African Americans making millions. That’s def acceptance into a culture. So allow me to use the Eminem being a guest in hip hop situation to make my point. If he’s a guest in hip hop off of what lord jamar says and can’t be considered the greatest then Michael Jordan and LeBron can’t be considered greatest in the sport of basketball. No, he didn't finally did in the end, for years Eminem has acknowledged that hip-hop is black music meaning he is a foreigner or guest since he is white. Any person who has actually done their research and watched interviews of him or listened to his music would know this.
Elvis and Eminem are still some of the BEST at the music they created. They got rich on their whiteness with music that originated in the black community. But, I've never heard anyone, black, white, asian, indian, or arabic that sounded anything like either of them. Guests don't come into your home and redecorate. But, Elvis and Eminem both had a huge influence on the music that followed them. So, maybe they have a stake in the house you're living in.
Early Rock and Roll was a combination of country and R&B so it's a stretch to say Elvis was playing pure black music anyway. Elvis also literally grew up in black communities. This Elvis-stealing-culure argument is honestly ignorant of history
I respect the brand nubians contribution to the culture as it was, and yet I respect eminems respect to the craft, but as an elder of the culture, I dont see anything wrong with his view, and I dont see what the bug deal is with all the blowback, but isn't this what it was crown to be?, to reach a level it has why is it wrong to let the guest in? Em is a legend regardless of a culture created off of peace, unity, and having fun, let it be that
If Eminem wants and you guys wanna call him a guest, that's all you guys, but in predominately white music genres, like rock, or metal, we never call someone of different... "Skin color", a guest. I will never understand this guest stuff, it has to do with race and that shows a bad example to humanity... Someone is good at something because they did what they had to do to get there, and they just happened to do that good a job at it, period. People need to stop senselessly complicating everything

Thank God that sometimes he interviews people that see thru his shit and actually drop some gems of knowledge and kinda put him in place by responding with logic and wisdom in stead of jumping on that band wagon. Don't get me wrong, Vlad also had done really good interviews and made great videos... which he will also tell you every single chance he gets. But his plusses do not erase the minusses.

If white people are guests and need to respect the culture, then the same goes for Chuck, Jamar and all other black people when using tools that white men invented.

Urban Atheist ok let’s get the facts correct if you listen to his lyrics. And you do listen to his lyrics right?
