Thank you for the video! That seems so strange for foreign lawyers. For example in Russia we don't divide lawyers like you. So it's hard to understand because it seems like both can do the same job. However in Russia we divide lawyers into two types. 1) Lawyers who can work with criminal matters and civil matters. 2) Other lawyers (who can work only with civil matters) . The first ones have to get a few years of experience and after that pass an exam. The second ones don't have to get any experience or pass an exam (they can start working after they graduate from university)
