Thanks Kerri for hosting us tonight ! Felt like we were all right there w ya chatting it up! U sure r a beautiful and pleasant spirit! From all of us....... we LOVE u girl!
Oh Carissa! You made me tear up girl!!! Thank yall SO much for all tuning in with me to watch! Your support means more to me than I can ever express. You are too kind! :)
Thank you for your videos!! I’m not a crafty person; I’m actually kind of a klutz. I had my gallbladder removed and needed to keep occupied and still while I healed. I’m also hosting Thanksgiving this year and would only decorate my tables. Your sweater pumpkins series lit a fire in me. My difficulty was pretty much the stems until my hubby bought me a thicker wire. I wanted to show you though my favorite stem. I rolled up the bottom hem of the sweater and it just looks so cute!!! Thank you again!!!
Love all of the sweater pumpkins you ve made, instruction #1 is way easier and save lots of time which I m grateful to have 3 sweater pumpkins in 3 varieties topping. Tyfs!!
Thanks so much for watching Bernadette! When the next video in the series is uploaded, you will see why I made so many different ones. :) Im so happy you are enjoying them! Happy DIY~ing!
I love this... I will be going to Goodwil and finding me some old sweaters. I think the stuffing was a great idea from the used pillow as well. It's amazing what you can do with recycling old things.
Hey.. found you today.. found information I really liked on your blog.. I want to chalk paint my sofa.. I loved your blog.. it is super professional... I have subscribed.. so I will be able to see all of your new things.. live the way you flipped the fall to a snowman..
You are too kind Diana! I'm so happy you love them! Its so hard to put yourself out there, and I truly appreciate your kindness and support! Happy DIY~ing!
@@MamaDaresToDIY oh my goodness girl I seen what your are doing with the sweater, I got my alarm clock set for 1:30 I'm so excited. Thank you so much. By for now and I'll be watching your video later today ♡♡
Love these! I have made fabric pumpkins and used small pieces of a tree branch for the stem. Leave them plain, cover with burlap or spray with glue and add glitter!
I am loving this! I made 3 from your first video and I love them! Since I have sweater left I’m going on o have to try this one and #2! Thank you! 🙋♀️💕
Woohoo you are just as obsessed with sweater pumpkins as I am!! I love it!! Just finished editing #4 in the series and you are going to LOVE it!!! Hoping to get it uploaded tonight!
Hi I’m new to your channel & I’m in love. Your crafts came just in time. I’m a recent empty nester & redoing things in my home can’t wait to go thrifting & to the dollar store I’m so excited. Thank u for so much inspiration 🥰
Great job on the pumpkin diy's. This is my second time watching you. I'm new to your channel. And I Love your videos. Can't wait to see more. I'm Teresa from Tenn. Have a Blessed day.
Hey Teresa! So glad to meet you!!! And thanks so much for supporting my channel. Im brand new to UA-cam and I appreciate your support very much! Happy DIY~ing!
Absolutely gorgeous! I love the idea of using a sweater! Awesomeness! 😁 As always thank you for sharing your creativity and talent! Stay safe, healthy and positive! GOD bless you and your family! 🙏❤🇺🇸🍁

I wish I knew where to buy that colored poly-fil stuffing. I crochet pumpkins and the white poly-fil often shows through. Does anyone know where to purchase the colored fiber-fill?
Loving these sweater pumpkins...one question..do you have to worry about Weevils in the beans over time? I know you can freeze beans and rice to kill larvae eggs etc for weevils, but if put in freezer for 4 days or more prior to using them in a craft project, do we have to worry about them down the road so to speak?
I would Have put sand or maybe small gravels In The pumpkin for weight... the beans will attract bugs ... and they will make the beans turn into “dust”...!!! But that’s a cute pumpkin .. I’m about to start making some .. I bought several sweaters at the thrift store ...!!!
I love all of your pumpkins and hope to give all of them a try. How did you secure this pumpkins stem? Or didn’t you? I’d be afraid it would fall off the shelf and it would all fall apart.
Thanks Jennifer! I actually just let the wire secure it, and you will see why in Video #4 that Im hoping uploads tonight. If you would feel better, you can totally secure it with a little dot of hot glue though :)
I just found your channel and I love it. I’ll have to make a trip to thrift store now. A rotary cutter would zip right threw the material. Have you tried a sweatshirt with this, I have lots of them on hand. Thanks for all your ideas.
I love this, but am concerned about the beans. Will they keep indefinitely like this or will they eventually mildew or deteriorate & if so how long will the beans remain hard as originally placed in the pumpkin???
Those sweater pumkins are sooooo cuuuuuute!
I LOVE these!!! A rotary cutter would be perfect for cutting the bottom of the sweater off...can't wait to see what you do with that!

They look Victorian... Love how you did the stems,,
So darling! I used my ruler to put down a strip of painters tape, then cut along the tape line when trying to cut the sweaters!

DT foam beads that go in slime might work, too. With weight in the bottom of course. Maybe those white marble chips left in the mesh or plastic bag?
That is the cutest!!!! OMG!!! Thank you for sharing:)
I don't know how I missed this I have u on notifications, but girl I love love love it
Thanks so much for tuning in Joyce!!!

So beautiful and your personality is beautiful to match! New subscriber. 💜
This is so cute. Why do younneed both the beans and pillow stuffing?
I’m subscribing after this one!
Love it!
So cute 😍
A rotary (quilting) fabric cutter might make it easier to remove the bottom part. Love your sweater pumpkins. So sweet. Thanks
I love it!
Do you have the link for project you did with the very top of sweater ? You rock btw
Wish I could show you mine love yours enjoyed the video

Love this.. Do you have any idea what the dimension were of the piece you cut for the large pumpkin?
I wish I knew where to buy that colored poly-fil stuffing. I crochet pumpkins and the white poly-fil often shows through. Does anyone know where to purchase the colored fiber-fill?
Loveeeeee it!
Lov this pumpkin what size rope did u use so I can order from Amazon thanks for the instructions from IN.
Love it.
OMGOSH! I am in love with this!!! I have to do one today!!! ❤️🤎🧡💜
Love these! If you use the cotton yarn that you use for dishcloths, you wouldn't have to worry about breakage or doubling it through the needle.

What size was the sweater that you used for these pumpkins?
but your pumpkins loook amazing!! thank you for teaching us!
LOL it does look a little nasty doesnt it! But it worked great! ;)
I prefer the metal needles. I tend to break plastic
You would love a rotary cutter girl!!!
I just found your channel and I love it. I’ll have to make a trip to thrift store now. A rotary cutter would zip right threw the material. Have you tried a sweatshirt with this, I have lots of them on hand. Thanks for all your ideas.
It's also called a running stitch. A running stitch is used to baste.
You could put a couple of pumpkin spice tartes, cinnamon stix OR oils for scent
Precious!
I love this, but am concerned about the beans. Will they keep indefinitely like this or will they eventually mildew or deteriorate & if so how long will the beans remain hard as originally placed in the pumpkin???
I see two years later this question hasn’t been answered. 🤷🏻♀️
Would t it draw bugs, ants, etc.?
If concerned about the beans you might try the glass beads from dollar tree.
What size wire please?
Loved
I see the kitty shadow.....lol
