I am enjoying your project. It's not easy but, it's a happy feeling to see your building going up and the finishing, wow. 😮 I am in Asebu. Thank you for sharing.
Bro I have contacted almost all the roofing companies that you have mentioned but my little research have proven that it's best for me to import stone coating tiles from China. I landed on a supplier through Prince and Nikki's Channel.
@@kwesiarmah I have actually bought few of those and I'm surprised about how we are ripped off in Gh. Thanks to you and other channels, you are doing an amazing job 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
The first flow was 48,300 Ghc, and the company was in Cape Coast. The second was 73,000 Ghc, done by another company from Takoradi. The distance between my place and Takoradi was about 3 hours.
How much was t the cement truck? Also why did you decide to go with solid blocks as opposed to hollow blocks for the upper floors? I am doing a similar project in Aburi thx
We compared the costs of cement trucks and found that, although they are slightly more expensive, the flow/slab work was completed in one day instead of four. We also requested a C25 concrete mix for better strength. We calculated the cost of our slab work based on the labor for two masons and eight laborers or more and the daily rental price of the cement mixer. The main materials required were: 300-350 cement bags. Water for mixing the concrete. Two truckloads of sand and gravel. Our mason told us that hollow blocks are recommended if you are building a four-story structure or use them for the interior structure and solid blocks for the outer walls. With solid blocks, we won't have issues when the time comes to cut the electrical and air conditioning lines, and it's okay for two-story structures like ours. I hope this helps.
I don't want to be responsible for any mistakes made using my plan; however, I can direct you to an architect who can design an ideal plan at a minimum cost.

@@everymanisyourteacher9951 Buying from China directly is a good idea.

Great project, you mind sharing the cost of the cement truck, thanks.

@kwesiarmah wow, the prices are no joke but it's definitely the best route based on personal experience. Thanks for the quick response.
Next time you can consider me if you want to do a project in Cape Coast.

Using solid blocks on first floor is on condition if all the dead load are impose on a structural member but not then it bad idea@@kwesiarmah
Bro can I get your plan?
