In Thai, sour taste is pronounced as - purew
Isaan sausage with sour taste It's a sausage that takes longer to marinate than regular sausage.
Personally, I like the more sour and sour type.
kem - salty taste
phed - spicy
waan - sweet taste
khom- bitter taste
jued - tasteless
