    There is no good road access from sankar pally to mominpet.instead of going there,invest in agriculture lands or farmlands within 50 kms atleast we get more land n can go atleast once in a month

    Foolish to buy in Mominpet, that too a plot. Trap for the middle class.

    I hope!!
    People know the things before commenting..
    I don't know what happened in Hyderabad, but things have become really costly. All doubled. No-Builder is reducing the price.
    Yes, At 16K, it is higher.
    Yes, Road is not good as of now.
    May be, your village will be better to invest...
    But, near places are far more costly.
    Just keep waiting, and Hyderabad is going to become more-more costly.
    NIMZ, kollur, Shankarpally, Mobility Valley all are reasons, which will push the road to be wider.
    You will not get at villahe, what you are getting in Hyderabad...

    DSR is the worst builder..You can inquire about their past projects in Bengaluru. They call themselves as premium and show off but quality is not up to the mark.

      DSR builder of Hyderabad is different...although name is the same.

    Too greedy, unrealistic price!! Suvarnabhumi was selling at 5k per sy last year which is much before this project. They are just trying to find fools(some NRIs )who may get carried away by the brand value

    Sir, big players are really making fools out of investors...agree they will provide better infrastructure but at what cost ??
    1) Look at Aparna... outskirts lo too far lo kuda 35000-45000 madyalo sale chestunnaru.
    2) Sansa county by Aurobindo .... too far and still quoting 30000 that to at initial phases..
    3) Ika momminpet and inka lopala kuda e prices ki sale cheste ika medium scale investors ki chaala kastam..
    why people are not doing basic math ?? ipuduu manam intha high prices lo buy cheste repu resale cheyalante inka chaala high cost lo cheyali.. apudu antha prices ki city ki 60-70km far lo how will it work out ???
