This Video is a review of Lean Valley. A first review for a plotting project in a series of upcoming gated community plot projects. Lean Valley is located at Cheemaldari, close to proposed Telangana Mobility Valley where Hyundai Mobis has recently accounced a 1600 crore investment for an RnD center.
This is a proper 50 acre gated community of plots.

The city center houses are very costly, then we only have options of plotting in outskirts with good connectivity, so we can commute to office also maybe in 1 hour.

But layout is quite far from Gachibowli. Once master plan 2041 will be released then we may have good amount of land available within shankapally

Bhai central is not allowing to take loans for the state government , down the line how shall It allow the NGT and CWC to remove the 111.

This will be best investment...it's just 20 mins drive from shankarpalli..45 mins from kokapet..
By 2027...all distances will be covered from Kokapet (next Jubli hills)
