This area is developing at rapid speed, lot of people will be shocked to see it in 5 years
This used to be a hill,near movie tower and people used to gather there on weekends and kite flying also used to happen during Sankranti festival.
You could see beautiful gandipet lake standing on that hill, it was amazing during the evenings.
This Neopolis project is very near to Gandipet lake in future what will happen have to see.. Because of this concrete jungle

Nearly 40 percent office spaces in Gachibowli as per latest reports. Because of new office supply in Hyderabad situation is going to worsen. Hyderabad is mounting over support of office spaces. Pune has leased more office spaces than Hyderabad in latest quarter though supply in Pune is not high as Hyderabad.

Narsingi - Kokapet - Ocean Park this road was my college road. And this neopolis project is opposite to our college. Such a drastic change in recent 5 years a d more to come in next 5 years. And last I visited movie towers was in 2017. Now no rocks,nothing. And even approach road is open and double one now.

In West You have Big Corporate houses but rest is not good.
In East apart from Corporates we have everything.
people who invest silently in unpopular and unpublizied zones will get good results. The only good investment right now left for middle class people in hyd is vijayawada highway ... Mark this comment ... Points why future is all about east hyderabad i.e vijayawada highway is because :
1. Very soon in Andhra next elections chandra babu is going to be CM , the very first richest and emerging district adjoining telengana is going to be vijaywada and its stretch towards lb nagar.
2. Highway is already remodelling from 4 lane to 6 lane express highway, work already started.
3. Metro starting point is lb nagar , so the first metro extension line is going to be from lb. Nagar to till pedda amberpet (KTR already announced the metro extension proposal)
4. Can sense governemnt is trying to push every bit and piece towards east , may it be batasingaram fruit market , TSIIC green industrial zone , which can bring 4 lakh job oppurtunities (phase 1 complet3d alreadt few people working) , truck logistic park , textile parks
5. Many HMDA layouts are emerging and luckily price is still at 16k per yard in just 30km away from lb nagar , villages like malkapur , dandu mailaram are best examples.
So being in real estate field since many years , i strongly predict next year after elections the biggest blaster of hyderabad real estate is goijg to be east hyderabad towards vijayawada ,... I urge who own plots in the entire stretch do not sell ur plots and wait for the boom ....
