Well for Mexicans it is a common thing to eat chilis or Hot sauce on almost anything we eat . when I was 5 I was already adding Jalapeno sauce to my meals and nobody in my family really goes without it .But in the video they look like they added WAY to much spices and chilis .
Yeah, the spices look overboard. Maybe 1/3rd of the spices would taste better. Why lose the egg flavor? Enhance, not overpower.
