Let go of all those people who called out TATA Nano for its "terrible" design although priced at ₹ 1 lakh, but the same people buy another car of same size with the same "terrible" design priced at ₹ 7 lakhs _(especially MG Comet EV)._

I still have tata vista petrol in mint condition,its the car with more interior space and at the back it just like a large amount of leg room, than any of the cars in that segment now...also we have done more than 2 lakhs km still the engine gives around 16-19kmpl.

I had a bad experience of ownership of 1999 model Tata Indica, it was an engineering blunder,Indica used to stay more in garrage than on roads . but Indica Vista ( Quadrajet Engine ) was a nice car without problems of old Indica .

Now his company is in doldrums and Tata Motors is flourishing. These Americans have a Superiority Complex. They, Ford+Chevrolet felt they could sell any outdated vehicles in India failed utterly.
INDICA was named after "INDIA KA" , some in the board-room suggests , it should be "INDIA" , due to some glitches or outburst from GOVERNMENT , it has done " INDICA ".

Tata motors ( passenger) till 2022 was a loss making company. Horribly unreliable cars n no resale value. All other tata products are good except tata cars.

@@ShiftClubMedia Tata may export but the stats which you mentioned with the figures are incorrect. I was associated with Tata with the last 5.5 years and I've always seen beefed up unrealistic numbers in certain sectors specially in Tech, and these numbers seem unrealistic. Even in terms of Unit sales, Toyota is 1, VW is 2, Hyundai and Ford keeps doing 3 and 4 then comes Honda and a few giants. Tata doesn't come near to sales of any of them, or we would be hearing International ground breaking sales news and International reviews as well. Also, they sell mostly in underdeveloped South African countries no one ever heard of, and no one buys Tata cars outside India. Only trucks sell, but that too in very very few limited numbers. Daewoo is their biggest trucking source, which also sells in Pakistan. Without that logo, it would be more difficult to sell trucks outside.
