Hidden lakes is the best neighborhood in the alphabet section they’re almost done building in it however there is a new development being built close that is also being built by the same company aka “Paytas Homes” :)
Don't wanna play fucking golf! Wanna live in a beautiful, inexpensive neighborhood, within 10 minutes to Flagler Beach. LOVE the dense, green expressways/superstreets. Palm Coast is laid out almost perfectly.
What about Integra Woods apartment community?? Thinking of moving to that area?!! Want to rent for now, not buy at first?? Appreciate your opinion!! Thanks
What you should request before moving to PC is a list of all rental properties and their addresses. These are the areas to avoid, because the agencies handling these rentals for their clients still living up North don't vet properly who they rent to...these are the pockets of problems that PC has, and, yes, some of these involve drug activity that unfortunately includes meth and other dangerous drugs. Meth production and use not only affects it's users, but the people who are forced to livet nearby (toxic fumes, fires, destruction of landscape, etc), especially when you are renting a duplex or condo.
