My wife and I moved here permanently during the pandemic. We work remotely in tech. We find this community to be fantastic. We could live anywhere I suppose, but Palm Coast has a great deal to offer. Frankly, we need more people who live here all year round to make a real community with families. I fear that the housing downturn will disproportionately affect us here. The good news is that, hopefully, our property taxes will come back down to earth.
My name is Donna and my husband and I are looking to relocate to Palm Coast area by July 1. I'm transferring in my job from Indiana. This was very helpful. Palm Coast sounds just what we are looking for.
I will be the first to welcome you to our community! It really is a vibrant community that has a ton to offer. Traffic is nothing here compared to places like Atlanta. It is well positioned between St. Augustine and Daytona. Also check out Ormond Beach, that place has grown on me.
I am living in seccion L ,it's close to St Augustine, which I like it ,traffic, probably early in the morning or later after 4:00 pm ,but I came from New Jersey, & overthere,I came say,uf lots of traffic all day long,ok restaurants ,entertainment it's not that much, & shopping ,yes we have stores, food ,clothing, ect but not enough close to seccion L ,.I just heard that a new store Costco, they just open in St Augustine, but very close to Palm coast, well I just moved a year ago, still looking around, it's like every thing is around parkway,,but no much close to some seccions like mine, only the Dollar General not gas stations around, everything is in the parkway seccion .
The weather ,yes it's hot in the summer, but it's Florida, & the Northeast it's better, that living in Miami,Or Tampa ,Hurricane? Yes I am afraid but I try not to thinking about, but I have home insurance, & Hurricane includes in my insurance.
way overcrowed!, high crime, high taxes, traffic as bad as Jacksonville, building 24-7 no areas of natural tress or woods, everything is cut down for gas stations and strip malls. Typical big city like Daytona, Orlando, Jacksonville all same.
Palm Coast is full. Too many people moving here from New York, Jersey, Etc....Don't move from your Democratic cesspool state and bring those problems here.
I’m trying to be a real estate photographer and one day I will be calling some of you guys up. I would like to build a Coast to Coast Real Estate Photography business. So be expecting a call or email at some point in the future. ;)

I know what you're trying to do, Chuck!
Nothing about 1/2 of Palm Coast having poor cell coverage.....
Last time I checked , it is a conservative city

Please speak about the existing hospital and the new one being built from Advent Health.
