I still hope Sly Cooper Returns with Sly 5, a Remake Collection, Movie and TV Show and we need to bring Sly out of Ancient Egypt. Back in 2022, I was hoping to hear news about Sly’s Return when the Sly 5 Rumors were going around until they shut down and this reminds me that as a Star Wars Fan, I heard rumors of Aladdin Actor Mena Massoud being casted as Ezra Bridger in Live-Action, which got me very excited, until Eman Esfandi got the role. Funny Parallel, but different thoughts for me during the aftermath. With that current Sony CEO retiring, I’m thinking something big might happen in the future involving old and current IPs. Besides, I’m always open to share some ideas for the Sly Cooper Projects including having the Sly Cooper Movie being in the Spider-Verse Animation Style and taking The Batman and Spider-Man: Homecoming Formula by making the story take place after Sly defeating the Fiendish Five and reclaiming the Thievius Raccoonus and also center around Sly mastering his thieving skills.
In my case, I was kinda surprised to actually found a Sly Cooper Funko here at a store in Costa Rica. I never thought to find one of these in my country.
I think with Jim Ryan exiting i think there's a brighter future for Playstation, that they outgrew the "gaming has grown up" malarky haha, and embrace their toony mascots again. Hopefully, and that it doesnt double down on the current slop we've been given past 5 years
I really hope Sly Cooper can comeback through Remake or Reboot not only for nostalgia of the old fans but that way new fans can discover the franchise giving the franchise the recognition it deserves

YES, I remember that Sly Cooper Easter Egg from Playstation Showcase or was it State of Play two years ago on year 2021 if I remember right, that Sly Cooper logo gived me a hopes for Sly Cooper 5 but nothing happened and Sly Cooper 20th anniiversary birthday was on last year's fall 2022 and now it's 21 years old like me too, I had a 21th birthday 5 days after Sly Cooper 23.9. I really hope Sly 5 will come someday! 😢

i had this thought that in sly 5 back in Egypt clockwork would be an ally of the cooper's but finding out that he had to hate the coopers to make sly who he is now after defeating the main villain would make him hate sly but when he saw young sly he did not kill him so sly could turn into a true cooper
I think it’s interesting that if you watch the sly 4 announcement trailer, if you take the first world of Bentleys and Sly’s dialogue, it’s says “sly will never go away.” Sucker punch likes to pretend they have no plans to bring the ip back, but I think that’s because Sony is making then not do what they want. I read in an interview that ghost of Tsushima was supposed to be a sly game but the Scientologists at Sony made them change it (apparently they wanted to use sly to shine a light on the wrong-doings of L Ron Hubbard). I really hope we see our masked furry friend back on play stations soon. Now that Jim Ryan is stepping down ( real name is Jim Hubbard, look it up) we may have a chance!
I got the Sly Cooper Funko Pop. And I got the Sly Cooper Plush. I even have the Stubbins Sly Cooper one. Course it would be interesting to know if there was any significance to that symbol shown in that PlayStation ad.
I'd suggest they reach out to some indie game fans to see if they're interested in some projects if Sucker Punch is busy. It would be interesting for there to be a game that centers around Sly and Carmelita in between 3 and 4.

Imagine if Toys for Bob brought Sly back, I mean they are waiting for Rare to say they can make Banjo Kazooie games, they will need Sucker Punch's support to bring this back. This is probably absurd and won't happen, thpugh Crash and Spyro already rose up from the ground, so why not?

Honestly pretty worried will I be alive to get my hands on Sly 5 ever in my life time this rate heck if I lost friend this year at age of fucking 25 who says I will be around when some far away future they maybe decides finally green light Sly 5........ when you think of it like that it kinda makes you think did you waste your gamer life away........ and hell no im gonna pay over 150$ for fucking premium just to play old ps2 games that could have been reasonably in cheaper membership........ Sly alone while very important to me is not worth over fucking 150$ even on rainy day this is 1 principle I wont turn my naked eye on This comment turn to be more dark that I plan but I did feel like opening up on personal perspective
