In 2015, a loaded train on the Smiler attraction collided with an empty train. The riders at the front row of the loaded train got their legs severely injured and those who survived had to get their legs amputated.
If I had known about it before going on the ride, I would have been a little hesitant, but I wasn't in the front row anyway.
