Wow man that's definitely gonna ride much better. I would think anyway. Steve you can probably make a set of them lift kit brackets. I like this idea for my 950. I wonder how it would work?
Did this to my machine several months ago. This week I did a once over on it. I found both inner tie rods bent at the ball right at the rack. Upon further investigation I found that when front of the machine jacked up off the ground the suspension will not fully extend. The inner tie rod will only let it go so far. I removed the outer from the knuckle and the shock extended an other inch. This I believe is bending the inner right at the rack. I've double checked and yes I put the short ones on the front. Wondering if you have any input. Thnx John.
🤔 I’m not sure because the rack is the same across all Zforce models if I remember correctly. That’s definitely weird for sure. If I run in to this issue I will definitely update everyone and figure out a fix for it.

Hey there. Thank you for your informative videos. We have an 800 EX and cannot find information on which direction to turn the upper and lower adjustments on the shocks for a softer ride. Can you please help?
Do you happen to have a video of grease zeros on the zforce? Like where they are all at and how much and when it should be done?? Just got a new 500 and have not greased it yet.....thanks
I'd suggest to start putting Loctite from the tip of the bolt then you are sure that the nut gets a sufficent amount of Loctite. At @9:02 on the higest bolt the nut probably doesn't get any Loctite because with wheel spacers the nut usually doesn't go in on all the nut thread. And a little tip for the front tire jobs is that you can use fron brake lever with nip ties or something then you don't have to use any bar or something to hold the tire spacer from spinning.
Hope you see this, because I know it's an older video. I was wondering how the wheel spacers are working out...any issues? Also wondering if you went with longer wheel studs to get a better bite with your spacer nuts? Thanks for taking the time to do the vids!
