I've got the 180 thats now a 200. I love it, it's such power for overtaking and having blasts at traffic lights. I will stay with the comp as the seats are very comfy too. I was't sure about the seats at first, but yeah, they are very good.

I’m getting an abarth 595 in a couple of days. Only an entry level one though. Let’s hope they don’t laugh at me in the abarth community 😄 145bhp is a decent step up from my current 85bhp Mazda
@goldengraemes there is nothing to laugh at, i currently own a 500 1.2 manual 69HP, and it is tons of fun to drive, it handles better than all my BMW did . It's not about the power, it's about the feedback, the balance, the feel that car gives you
Awesome. Though looks more luxurious than the one I sat in at Research Garage. That had plastic windows with little slidy slats, that awesome exposed gear linkage and flat carbon fibre door cards without handles! Just a little bit of fabric to tug on.

This would be a dream daily driver. Stripped down cars are my favorite. This would be better with A/C delete, and lightweight door glass with staps for operation. My '15 sadly has a lot of options(weight). My 64 Plymouth Valiant is stripped. Manual everything, no ac,no power steering, 1 door mirror, no reverse lights (those were an option). Now if the US would have gotten this.
Stef ABtv this 695 look much lower than our 500 or 595, is it 695 original came with lowering springs ? So nice ! I wish I can have a chance to test drive it !
Hi Steff what is the difference if any between the 695 biposto and the 695 biposto record apart from one being grey and the other being yellow with the title record added to it? Also how would you compare your slightly heavier but more powerful 595 comp to the ligher but less powerful 695 biposto record?

133 records they broke in the days of Carlo Abarth. Can’t remember them all lol but one was when he broke a new acceleration record in a class G car at the Monza race track in Italy.
I love the entire abarth range but feel this certainly isn't worth between 35 and 50 grand (50 once uv specked one up). Plus it is only 2 seconds to 60mph quicker than a standard 595 ( which is awesome in its own right). And costs around 17 grand. The biposto is an awesome car especially in Modena yellow but wouldn't in my opinion be an ideal daily driver. Plus u can get the Modena yellow paint finish on a standard 595 .
3 years late to this but I think it goes beyond just the 2 second to 60 or paint code. This car would me the equivalent of a finely tuned scalpel vs the 595 which is a very sharp rapier. Definitely comes down to the owner’s own tastes and what they’re willing to sacrifice
Nice 👍 review but a little unpractical on daily use. For that reason (I’m a land road guy, not track) I’ve chosen the Rivale...I don’t fit into the seats 🤪
Stef ABtv I have watched all of your video , thank you so much ! And would like to ask your car have ECU ? If yes what brand ECU you using ? I love love love Abarth ! My first bought was 2012 Grey one and I used Lowering springs Sportline but I sold her one year after because inside the car started to have too much noises, the car feel like almost falling apart, I hate those noises cracking from the dash board, especially left side window and the chairs. After I sold and I bought a 2015 and driving it until now, but still .... the car starting to have a lot of noises unless the road is straight flat , so I drive her very slow and carefully especially avoid deep holes or speed bump etc , other than that , Abarth is the best car I ever had
By the way , regarding the interior noises , I saw all your videos and I actually don’t hear them from your car , I saw sometime you pulled hard and fast went thru those bumpy roads but I didn’t hear those cracking squeaking noises of yours. Or maybe because the camera microphone not able to capture ? For mine I have this problem always , or maybe EU version build more solid and USA version no ? Plz share your thought thank you so much and always support your Channel !!
Hey Stef, do you think it would be doable to mod a regular NA abarth to feel like this? In the states we only have the base abarth model. I got a 2013 abarth US.
I think you could mod it but getting the biposto suspension, the rear roll bar, strip it out but I think the car has been built and engineered to be like this. I think it’s always difficult to match something that race engineers have put thousands of hours into lol
So Stef how did it handle compared to a 180 comp on fsd's and H&R's? Poise? Change of direction ride quality? And whats an A crap ovich exhaust Stef?? FFS say it right bud..lol. ;-) AKRAPOVIC . Would you pay the extra money over your modified car to own one?
Haven’t driven the 180 comp properly other than on a track and the handling is defo different mainly due to the damping. I love the biposto would defo have one but as a second car 🚗

The biposto has fully adjustable suspension. You can raise the height and stiffness if the suspension.

ColindaPieman if you're in the US you don't have a 595. You have a 160bhp 500.
